13. Maintenance

1. For quality problems caused by Party B’s construction, Party B shall repair them free of charge within one year. For ordinary maintenance, Party B shall promptly notify Party B within three days after Party A notifies Party B. repair.

2. If Party B fails to complete the repairs in time according to the contract, Party A can arrange other construction teams to perform maintenance work, and the labor costs incurred will be deducted from the warranty money.

Fourteen. Contract Disputes

1. When a dispute arises, Party A and Party B shall negotiate first;
