Yingkou Chengxi Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade is a fully funded institution under Yingkou Chengxi Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau. Second, the recruitment process

(1) Announcement

Post recruitment information through Yingkou Personnel Network (www.ykxs.gov.cn) and Xishi District Government Network (www.ykxs.gov.cn). )

(2) Organization registration

All qualified and interested candidates should register at the Party School of Xicheng District Committee of Yingkou City from September 9 to June 2009 1 1 (200 meters south of Agricultural Bank of Bohai Street, opposite Xishi Fire Brigade) and fill in the Registration Form for Recruiters in Institutions. (3) Qualification examination

The District Personnel Bureau is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates, and will check the original ID card, diploma, degree certificate and demobilization certificate of candidates according to their registration information to prevent and investigate cheating. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the qualifications required for applying for the position will be disqualified.

(4) written examination

(6) Interview

Interview score 100, 60 qualified. Those who fail to reach the qualified score line will not be hired.

(seven) the total score calculation method

The written test scores and interview scores are included in the total score by 5:5. Total score of candidates = total score of written test ÷2×50%+ interview score× 50%. According to the total score, the candidates for examination and physical examination are determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1. The total score is tied, and the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the written test scores from high to low.

(8) Organizing examinations and physical examinations.

Conduct assessment and physical examination on the personnel to be hired. The main contents of the assessment are: political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability and so on. Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) formulated by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and shall be organized and implemented by the District Personnel Bureau.

Vacancies due to unqualified examination or physical examination and voluntary abstention of candidates will not be filled.

(9) Publicity

According to the written test, interview results and physical examination results, the candidates to be hired are determined and publicized for 7 days, and they are subject to supervision by the masses. Timely investigate and deal with the problems reflected by the masses during the publicity period, and refuse to hire people who do not meet the employment conditions; If there is a problem that is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended.

Third, management and treatment.

If the recruitment conditions are met at the expiration of the publicity period, fill in the Record Form for Public Recruiters in Institutions and handle relevant personnel procedures. The probation period is 6 months (one year for fresh graduates). Those who pass the probation period are officially hired, and those who fail are dismissed.
