First of all, to be an office secretary, you must also know English. Although some units tend to be clerks, since China's entry into WTO, enterprises and institutions have required to learn English. During my internship, several colleagues were engaged in graphic design. They are not very good at English. I have encountered several problems in this field and tried my best to answer them. However, I used to think that English was difficult for me, but my English level was far from enough. I had to keep learning and study again.

Secondly, as an office secretary, you must be proficient in computer operation, especially typing, word and excel, or you will delay an important task. Your company where I work has a strong demand for words, which requires accurate processing of words, including the division of paragraph levels, the rationality of sentence structure, and the accuracy of word collocation. I think whether it is a secretarial secretary or an operational secretary, accurate, clear and organized written expression is the most basic requirement of any enterprise or institution.

In addition, to be an excellent secretary, you must master language communication, because you are not alone, you must learn to deal with different people around you. I still believe that as long as you are sincere and kind to others, even those who are biased against you will gradually approach you in the washing of time. In your company, I also appreciate some indifferent eyes, but I have a clear conscience inside, and I will take the initiative to melt the gap between them.

I believe that if you are sincere, the stone will open. I believe my future is bright. If you give me a chance, I will seize it in time and become a suitable talent (secretary)!

Practice is the only criterion for testing truth. Through this internship, I deeply feel that I have many shortcomings. In the future life, I will continue to study hard towards my goals, make up for my shortcomings and fight for my ideals!
