According to the relevant provisions of the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Accounting Qualification of the Ministry of Finance and the Measures for the Implementation of Shanghai Accounting Qualification Management of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau (No.50 [2005] of Shanghai Finance Bureau), the relevant matters concerning the accounting qualification examination in the first half of 20 10 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Examination subjects and dates

The accounting qualification examination implements the unified organization, unified proposition and unified scoring standard of the whole city.

The examination subjects are: financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation and primary accounting computerization.

The examination date is scheduled for April 20 10/Saturday, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics: afternoon13: 00-14: 30.

Accounting basis: p.m.15: 30—17: 00.

Primary accounting computerization: a permanent examination room throughout the year. Candidates will sign up for the Shanghai Primary Accounting Computerization Examination separately.

Second, the registration object

A person with a valid ID card and a work unit in this city or a residence certificate in this city.

Third, the registration method, time and cost

1.Registration method: All the accounting qualification examinations in this city are registered online. Please refer to the relevant announcement of Shanghai Finance and Taxation Network for the specific registration method and process.

2. Registration time: 20 10 year 1 month 19 to 1 month 28. Online registration starts at 9: 30 am on 20 10/month 1 9 and ends at 24: 00 on 28 1 month. The service hours of consultation service points in all districts and counties are 9: 30 am-11:30 pm-1:30-4: 00 pm.

3. Candidates can learn about online registration at the consultation service points in all districts and counties within the prescribed registration period (the address and telephone number of the consultation service points in all districts and counties are attached).

4. Registration fee: each applicant should pay a registration fee of 10 yuan and an examination fee of 35 yuan for each subject.

Fourth, the test scores

Those who sign up for the unified examination of accounting qualification in this Municipality must pass all the two subjects of financial regulations, accounting professional ethics and accounting foundation in the current year, and their examination results are valid.

V. Exemption conditions

Candidates who have a professional degree (or degree) in accounting at or above the technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) recognized by the national education administrative department may be exempted from accounting foundation and primary accounting computerization within two years (including two years) from the date of graduation.

VI. Accounting Qualification Examination Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics subjects and accounting basic subjects are objective questions, and the questions are multiple choice questions, multiple choice questions, judgment questions and indefinite multiple choice questions. You must fill in the prescribed position on the answer sheet with 2B pencil as required.
