1, log in to the electronic tax bureau, and click "I want to do tax"-"General tax refund (credit) management" module.

2. Select "General Tax Refund (Refund) Management"-"Tax Refund Application"-"Tax Refund Application (VAT Institutional Refund)" in the left menu bar, and click Enter.

Or, after the VAT declaration is successful, the prompt box will pop up directly. Please click "Meet the requirements and apply for tax refund immediately".

3. After clicking Enter, please click the "Confirm" button in the pop-up box. (If you want to select the system pre-filled data, please be sure to click the "OK" button, otherwise you can't jump to the next step.)

4. Click the first item "I know the above legal responsibilities, and choose the system to pre-fill data for me" in the interface of whether to select pre-fill data.

Enter the interface for filling in the tax refund (credit) application form.

5. Select or fill in the relevant columns with green background. Please focus on proofreading the basic information (contact person and bank account) in the red box in the picture to ensure that the subsequent tax refund can be received normally.

6. "Tax Refund Enterprise Type" column: Please correctly select your own enterprise type (small/micro/specific industry) according to the guidance of the tax source management branch (institute).

7. Column of "Application for Refund": Select "Stock Tax Allowance" or "Incremental Tax Allowance" according to the tax attribute of this application for refund (Note: if the micro-enterprise has both stock and increment, both items will be selected; Small enterprises, medium-sized enterprises in six industries, and large enterprises in six industries can only choose incremental tax allowance in April. For details of the policy, please refer to AnnouncementNo. 14 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation (2022).

8. "Operating income" column: Please fill in the accumulated VAT sales income in the previous fiscal year. "Total assets" column: please fill in according to the total assets at the end of the fourth quarter of the enterprise income tax return in 20021year, and pay attention to the unit of filling in.

9. "Enterprise Type" column: Please select the enterprise type correctly, which should be consistent with the enterprise type selected in the "Tax Refund Enterprise Type" column in step 6.

10, the red part in the figure is the pre-filled data automatically brought out by the system, please check whether it is consistent with the actual data.

1 1, "Applicant" column: Please fill in the enterprise name (full name) in the applicant column.

12. After all information proofreading is completed, click the Save button, and then click the Data Collection button to enter the data collection interface. There is no need to check it in this interface. Just click the Return to Form to return to the application interface and click the Submit button.

Handling the information problem of non-tax refund account

After entering the application form filling interface in step 3, a prompt box pops up, prompting that "the taxpayer has no tax refund account information".

Solution:

1, please find the "Account Report of Deposit Account" module in the left menu bar or the search box above the interface, click Enter, and select "Add" or "Modify".

2. Ensure that the enterprise bank account information is correct, and be sure to select "Yes" in the column of "General Tax Refund Account" in the account information that needs to receive tax refund.

3. Click the Save button below, click "Data Collection", upload the account and the copy of the account opening certificate, and directly click "Return to Form" to return to the application interface and click "Submit".

4. Then, in the same module, click "AccountNo. of Historical Deposit Account" and confirm that the column of "General Deposit Account" of the account receiving the tax refund is "Yes", and then you can apply for the tax refund for retention according to the normal application steps.
