The Government Affairs Service Center of Zunyi Municipal People's Government (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in July 2004 1. Zunyi International Convention and Exhibition Center, located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Xiangjiang River, is co-located with Honghuagang District People's Government and Huichuan District People's Government Administrative Service Center, and managed at different levels.

It consists of office, comprehensive department, government supervision department and efficiency construction department, with three brands: Zunyi efficiency construction office, Zunyi government affairs open office and Zunyi government complaint center. The center consists of management layer and window layer. The management performs the window functions of organization, coordination, supervision and management; The window layer consists of the service windows set by the stationed units, which specifically handle the administrative licensing matters and related service matters entering the government service hall.
