Descendants of Li Jixun
Li Jixun has three sons and five daughters. Li Kan, the eldest son, graduated from Japan Railway Institute and followed in his father's footsteps. After returning to China, I worked in the Ministry of Communications of the National Government. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he took over the Ji-Chang Railway on behalf of China and was transferred to the Ministry of Communications. The second son, Li Xun, a Zhong You native, was a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. He graduated from the Translation Academy, followed in his father's footsteps, worked as a secretary of the Ministry of Communications, worked as a secretary in the Ministry of Education and Jiaoao Commercial Port Supervision Office, and worked as a writer for a long time. He used to be the director of the stamp duty department of Zhili Province. The third son Leo, No.61(1918-1991). According to the younger generation's memory, it was because Li Jixun got a son at 19 18. In memory of Ouyang Xiu, who served as the magistrate of Yiling County in Yichang more than 900 years ago, it was named after Europe. At that time, Yichang had a "June 1 Academy" to commemorate Ouyang Xiu, so it took June 1 as the number. Leo lived up to expectations, studied hard and was admitted to Tsinghua University. After graduation, he stayed there and became a famous professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics in Tsinghua University.

Leo and his family were born in Beijing and have never been back to Xiushan. Li Zongyi, the eldest daughter of Li Ou, and her family settled in Seattle, USA on 198 1. She is a researcher at the University of Washington Medical Center and a direct relative of Li Jixun. Over the years, three generations of grandparents and grandchildren have carried forward the hardworking, simple and unpretentious nature of Miao people, adding luster to the prosperity of the motherland and social progress.

In order to give up his grandfather's and father's desire to return home for many years, Li Zongyi got in touch with the United Front Work Department of Xiushan County Committee and the county CPPCC by overseas telephone, and escorted Li Jixun's literature and history materials back to Xiushan from Beijing and Hebei, and presented them to Xiushan County CPPCC for free.

According to Ms. Li Zongyi, there is a written test paper written by Li Jixun, the high school entrance examination emperor of the Reform Movement of 1898 (1898), which was originally stored in the Imperial History. In 1930s, Li Zhongyan, the second son of Li Jixun, was an English secretary of the Ministry of Education. 1934, he made Fu Zengxiang, then Minister of Education, buy the original version of Gong Kao by Li Jixun at a high price. Fu Zengxiang wrote in the postscript of that year: "The original volume of palace examination in the Reform Movement of 1898 was tried in Baohe Hall that day, and I personally saw its original volume." It can be described as precious.
