Beneficial Plaster, short for Polymer Beneficial Plaster, is a kind of one-component dry powder, which is made by mixing a variety of imported polymer materials with a certain proportion of portland cement and silt, and integrates waterproof, bonding and plugging functions. It belongs to cement-based polymer dry powder waterproof mortar. The implementation standard is: T44/SZWA 1-20 17 (Shenzhen corporate standard) DB35T5 16-20 18 (local standard).

In the early 1990s, when Mr. Chen Qiusheng, an Argentine overseas Chinese, returned to China to visit relatives, he found that the leakage of his own property was serious. The polymer-beneficial cement has high adhesion, good impermeability, water resistance and crack resistance; It has good construction adaptability, can be operated on the vertical surface and wet base surface, and can be used as waterproof layer and interface agent for civil and industrial buildings, moisture-proof and crack-resistant layer and adhesive layer, and can also be used for gradually forming external thermal insulation, seepage prevention and crack-resistant layer for external walls and walls, and can also be used for sticking stone plates such as tiles, brocade bricks and marble. Low project cost and good construction quality not only save costs but also shorten the construction period.
