Individual payment standard

In 2023, the individual payment standard of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents will be 350 yuan per person per year, and the individual payment standard of long-term care insurance premium will be 30 yuan per person per year. Urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance premiums and long-term care insurance premiums are levied together.

Insurance subsidy standard

The funds needed for the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents shall be borne by the medical assistance funds and the county (city, district) finance. The funds required for long-term care insurance shall be borne by counties (cities, districts). Persons with multiple special identity attributes in difficulty shall enjoy insurance subsidies according to the principle of "high is not low" and shall not enjoy subsidies repeatedly.

(3) Students in colleges and universities: they need to apply for insurance registration at their school with valid identity documents.

(4) Difficult objects among college students: handle the insurance registration business in the village (neighborhood) committee where the household registration is located with the family as the unit.
