Bai Bi Town is located at 15km east of Anyang City, bordering on the suburbs of Anyang City in the west, Yonghe Township and Wadian Township in the east, Hanling Township and Cuiqiao Township across the river in the north, and Gaozhuang Township in Anyang County in the south. Anchu, Anmian Highway and Beijing-Zhuhai-expressway pass through the territory, and the traffic conditions are very convenient. There are 37 administrative villages in the town, with a total population of 80,358, an effective irrigation area of 80,840 mu, and 80,590 mu of farmland protected by drought and flood, with fertile land and convenient water conservancy conditions.
