Offline application steps Our company is registered in Baoshan, so I went to Baoshan Administrative Service Center (No.Song Bin Road 1) to buy a legal person certificate. The materials I need to bring are as follows:
1__ Company Business License (original &; Copy with official seal)
2__ Original ID card of the legal representative &; Copy (with official seal)
3__ Original ID card of the agent &; Copy (with official seal)
4__ official seal of the company
Note: If you only bring the original ID card, you can ask the staff to make a copy for you (free of charge), and the copy can be stamped with the official seal on the spot.

Step 2: Open an account with social security accumulation fund.
