Please use IE browser, pull out the U shield and plug it in again (it is recommended to plug in the USB interface on the motherboard instead of using the front interface). If you can't download the ICBC U shield certificate, please follow the following steps:

(1) Reinstall the driver corresponding to the U shield.

(2) Check whether your system is fully patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade.

(3) If your system is 2000 or XP, please select "Services" under "Administrative Tools" in the control panel to check whether the smart card is enabled. If not, please enable it.
