Why do some units refuse to reimburse quota invoice?
Because quota invoice has its scope of application.

Quota invoice is purchased by the business unit with the tax registration certificate, and the business unit has to pay the tax within the specified time. When paying taxes, you should return your original invoice to the tax department.

The tax department collects your tax according to how many invoices you have issued. If your quota invoice is lost, you should inform the tax department in time. If it is overdue, you will pay the tax according to the quantity you purchased at that time.

The reimbursement of invoices depends on the specific regulations of the company. Generally speaking, three kinds of invoices can be reimbursed:

1, as long as the formal invoices are uniformly printed by the tax bureau and stamped with the official seal of the business unit, such as general accommodation invoice, invoices when buying things, and so on.

2. In addition, receipts from non-profit organizations and administrative units can also be reimbursed, such as hospital receipts and industrial and commercial bureau receipts.

3. There is another special case: China Post's parcel or mailing bill. It is an enterprise, but it does not issue formal invoices, but only internal receipts, which can also be reimbursed in the company.
