The floating population in any of the following circumstances shall be punished in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Service Management of Floating Population in Shandong Province and the Provisional Regulations on Residence Permit in the State Council:

1. If the floating population fails to declare residence registration, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections within a time limit according to the provisions of Article 35 of the Interim Measures; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed.

2. If the lessor or the entrusted agent fails to apply for the residence of the floating population or terminate the registration declaration, according to the provisions of Article 36 of the Interim Measures, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan.

3. If the employer fails to organize the floating population to declare residence registration or fails to report after terminating or dissolving the labor relationship with the floating population, according to the provisions of Article 37 of the Interim Measures, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections, and impose a fine of 1000 yuan on the legal representative or the person directly responsible; If the circumstances are serious, a fine ranging from 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan shall be imposed.

4. If the residence permit is obtained by using false certification materials, the public security organ shall give a warning, order it to make corrections and impose a fine on 200 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Articles 18 and 19 of the Provisional Regulations; Anyone who uses a fraudulent residence permit shall be fined more than 200 yuan 1000 yuan by the public security organ.
