In the company’s work-related injury insurance declaration process, from the date when an employee of the unit is diagnosed with a work-related injury or occupational disease, he or she must promptly report to the labor and social security administrative department of the city or county-level city where the work-related injury insurance relationship is located. Fill out the "Employee Application for Work Injury Determination Registration Form" in a timely manner (regardless of whether treatment is completed or not) and apply for work injury identification.

According to Article 7 of the "Measures for the Administration of Labor Ability Assessment of Work-Injured Employees", an employee who is injured at work, and after treatment, the injury becomes relatively stable and becomes disabled and affects his ability to work, or the period of suspension of work and salary has expired (including the assessment of labor ability) (Extension period confirmed by the committee), the injured employee or his employer shall promptly submit an application for labor ability appraisal to the districted municipal level labor ability appraisal committee.
