Article 2 The Municipal Pension Insurance Center (hereinafter referred to as the city center) and its affiliated sub-centers (hereinafter referred to as the sub-centers) and the district, county (city) governments are authorized to undertake the expansion of individual pension insurance collection and collection services The working organization shall apply these rules in business handling work.
Article 3: Each branch center divides its work scope according to the administrative region where it is located. The individual insured persons’ household registration and the industrial and commercial registration location of the individual industrial and commercial household are the conditions for access to insurance. Chapter 2 Social Insurance Registration
Article 4 The following persons shall register for social insurance:

Article 5: The continuous length of service of employees of enterprises in our city before September 30, 1992; the continuous length of service of employees of provincial enterprises and national industry departments before individual payment is implemented; the number of years of service of employees of public institutions in the original unit; the military For officers and soldiers who have been demobilized or demobilized from the Armed Police Force, their service years in the army shall be deemed as the years of payment as determined by the labor department.
Article 6 Individual practitioners who meet the insurance conditions should bring their ICBC settlement account, household register, and one-inch photo (unemployment, continuation notice for merged personnel, unemployment certificate) to the pension insurance collection office in the place of residence. Chapter 4 Management of Changes in Individual Insured Personnel
Article 14 Individual insured persons are transferred within the scope of overall planning and must hold employment or household registration transfer certificates in enterprises or institutions to the place of payment. The designated center handles transfer-out procedures, and the transfer-in procedures are completed at the designated center with relevant certificates.
Article 15 Individual insured persons who are transferred to cities within or outside the province (including enterprises directly under the province) due to work transfer should apply for transfer at the insured sub-center with the employment or household registration certificate of the transferred unit. The sub-center shall apply for transfer according to the The transfer procedures will be submitted to the individual office in the city center within a prescribed time limit, and the individual office will hand over the transfer procedures to the social security institution in the place of transfer.
Article 16 When individual insured persons transfer to cities outside the province (including provincial institutions), they must go to the branch center to handle the transfer business with their employment or household registration certificate. The transferor shall go to the city center with the transfer procedures to handle the fund transfer.
Article 17 When insured persons transfer into our city from outside the scope of the overall planning and participate in insurance according to individual policies, they should go to the central finance office to inquire with the "Transfer Order" issued by the social security institution in the place of transfer. , after confirming that the funds are in the account, submit the "Transfer Form" to the Individual Affairs Office of the city center. Article 18 For insured persons who transfer to our city from other provinces, the deemed payment period determined by their place of origin shall be combined with the individual’s actual payment period before the end of 1997.
Article 19 Individual employees who have reached the legal retirement age (including sick retirement and special types of work) should take the "Social Insurance Registration Certificate", ID card, and household registration book to the branch center where their household registration is located to apply for retirement. Chapter 5 One-time Payment Business Management

Chapter 6 Management of Practical Procedures

Chapter 7 Business Authority Management

Chapter 9 Supervision and Assessment

Article 41: Conduct year-end assessments of staff, divided into actual operations and policy applications, and determine professional qualifications, management capabilities and work performance through assessments.
Article 42: An accountability system will be implemented for assessments. Chapter 10: Individual Affairs Office in the City Center

Chapter 11 Penalties for Violations
