Delivery methods include: direct delivery, lien delivery, entrusted delivery, mail delivery, forwarding delivery, announcement delivery, etc.

1. Direct service: The so-called direct service is also called service, and the reminder and the administrative enforcement document shall be delivered to the parties on the spot during execution. If the party concerned is a citizen, it shall be served directly; If the party is a legal person or other organization, it shall be served on the legal representative of the legal person and the principal responsible person of the other organization.

2. Lien service: it is the service method that the administrative organ leaves the service document at the residence of the party concerned when the party refuses to serve the document.

3. Entrusted service: When it is difficult for the administrative organ to serve directly, the administrative organ where the party is located shall be entrusted to serve on its behalf. Entrusted service is generally applicable to cases where the parties are not within the jurisdiction of the administrative organ and it is difficult to serve directly. Only other administrative organs can accept the entrustment. When the administrative organ needs to entrust the service, it shall issue a power of attorney to clearly inform the entrusted administrative organ of the matters and requirements.

4. Delivery by post: If it is difficult for the administrative organ to deliver it directly, it shall be delivered to the parties by registered mail.

5. Referral service: Referral service refers to the service mode that the administrative organ forwards the service documents through the party's unit under certain circumstances when it is not suitable or convenient to deliver them directly.

6. Announcement service: Announcement service means that the administrative organ informs the parties of the relevant contents of the documents served by announcement. Whether the parties are aware of the contents of the announcement or not, it shall be deemed to have been served after the statutory announcement period. When the announcement is served, it can be posted on the bulletin board of the administrative organ, the original residence of the party concerned, or published in a newspaper; If there are special requirements for the delivery method of the announcement, the announcement shall be made in the required way.
