Interviews are generally structured interviews.

Enter the test center-check the confiscated communication tools-enter the waiting area-draw lots-enter the interview-end the interview-go to the waiting room-announce the results-candidates leave.

First, the personnel bureau will assign you a group.

Then the candidates enter the designated test center according to the specified time, and then register, check and confiscate the communication tools in turn according to the divided groups.

Then follow the leading teacher into the designated examination room (waiting area).

Next, the teacher will explain the rules and discipline of the exam to you. When everyone is settled, it's time to draw lots and decide the interview order by drawing lots.

The teacher will call your number during the interview. After you enter the examination room, the teacher will ask questions. Ask questions and start answering them.

After the interview, go to the waiting area and wait for all other candidates to finish the exam.
