Apply for qualification
(1) Having China nationality;
(2) 18 years old, under 35 years old, postgraduate students and doctoral students (non-employed) who graduated in 2023 are relaxed to under 40 years old;
(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;
(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;
(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the county (city, district, banner), township (town, street) party and government organs, village (community) party organizations or village (neighborhood) committees, as well as various enterprises and institutions (excluding institutions above the municipal level). The experience of working in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiments, the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the military, and the experience of unemployed college graduates leaving school to participate in internships at college graduates' internship bases (grass-roots units) or participating in project research in enterprises and institutions can be regarded as grassroots work experience. City (county) authorities work experience as grassroots work experience. There are fresh graduates from grassroots work experience who meet the basic work experience required for the post, and they can also apply for the corresponding post.
Full-time graduates of the Senior Technical School (Technician College) in our province who have obtained the vocational qualifications (vocational skill levels) of senior workers and technicians (including preparatory technicians) upon graduation can apply for qualified and unlimited professional recruitment positions according to their college and undergraduate degrees respectively.
Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China's * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, and those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed for less than five years with reference to the Civil Service Law, those who have resigned from public office for less than five years in violation of regulations, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations, may not apply for the examination.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for the same recruitment agency or employer where civil servants (public servants) whose relatives have avoided, nor are they allowed to apply for the agencies (units) or corresponding positions that constitute official avoidance after taking office.
