Necessary conditions for registration;

Meet one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the tax agent exam:

1. Bachelor degree or above in economics, law and management (degree); Or obtain a bachelor's degree in other disciplines and engage in economic and legal related work for 1 year.

2. Obtain a college degree in economics, law and management, and have been engaged in economic and legal related work for 2 years; Or obtain a college degree in other disciplines and have been engaged in economic and legal related work for 3 years.

Which candidates can't register;

In any of the following circumstances, personnel shall not sign up for the professional qualification examination for tax agents:

1. The registration of "Professional Qualification Certificate for Tax Agents" has been cancelled, and less than 5 years have passed since the date of cancellation to the date of registration.

2. Those who are forbidden to participate in the last year's tax accountant professional qualification examination due to violation of laws and regulations are not full.
