The interview is conducted in a "structured interview" way, which mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, emergency response and other abilities. Candidates with ID card (temporary id card), interview admission ticket, health management information collection form (see Annex 2 for details) and health integrity commitment letter (see Annex 3 for details) (hereinafter referred to as "two certificates, one form and one book", the same below) are required to attend the interview at the designated place. Without "two certificates, one form and one book", they are not allowed to enter the test center.
Candidates enter the examination room in turn according to the order determined by drawing lots in advance, complete the interview within the specified time, and the rest are waiting in the waiting room. After the interview, the candidates quit the examination room.
