Bank compliance starts with me.
Bank compliance starts with me.

I have worked in a bank for four years. Over the past few years, I also know that only by minimizing risks can banks work better. Therefore, compliance is a key link in the development of banks.

Compliance is particularly important for my business operation position. In the special topic "I and Compliance" held by our bank, vivid cases were replayed, which not only made us understand the importance of compliance, but also should hang an alarm bell in our minds and ring it all the time to regulate our behavior.

The following are my experiences in compliance education activities:

First, the mind is right. Because of the particularity of the banking industry, it deals directly with money, so we must first keep an upright heart and not give birth to evil thoughts. Professionally, I preach and talk about morality. As the saying goes, a misstep makes a lasting regret. If you accidentally go the wrong way, you will lose your way. Talking about career ideals or social contributions will only fall into the abyss of invulnerability.

Second, be responsible for people, yourself and your work. As a teller, when going to work every day, no matter how you feel, you should first warn yourself, work hard, do a good job in every business according to the rules, and do a good job in six aspects: First, ask yourself to be careful in handling business and avoid repeating the examination of vouchers; Second, plan your time reasonably, and don't do nothing to improve work efficiency; Third, for special business, we must be extra careful and operate in compliance; Fourth, colleagues should remind each other when handling business, and must point out any non-compliance problems in time; Fifth, daily cash and heavy empty must be carefully counted; Sixth, the register must not become a mere formality, it must be in line with the facts. Now is a special period when the it blueprint of China Bank is on the line, and it is also a transitional period when our high-tech zone branch is upgraded to a jurisdictional bank. Compliance management is very important for the development of China banks. Each of us should be clear about what we should and should not do in the process of performing our duties, and consciously regulate and restrain our behavior. This is not only responsible for customers, but also for the unit, and ultimately for yourself.

Third, strengthen business learning and enhance compliance awareness. To operate in compliance, you must first be familiar with the rules and regulations of the bank and the norms in actual work. Whether the rules and regulations are implemented or not depends on the employees' clear understanding and proficiency in various rules and regulations. Obedience is a taboo in all industries. As the saying goes, "car dealers have a long way to go", therefore, as front-line employees, they should not only improve their business ability, but also learn how to standardize their operations, and all kinds of systems cannot be relaxed. Some people may say that "some systems are just forms". In fact, the establishment of various rules and regulations is not an imaginary product, but a summary of many lessons. Only by following various rules and regulations can we better protect the interests of ourselves, our units and our customers.

Compliance is an eternal topic for banks. At the same time, the construction of compliance culture also requires all employees to "start from me".
