On May 26th, the theme salon of "going out" for foreign language talents of Shenzhen State Taxation Bureau was held in conference room 508. Zhang Guojun, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Bureau, Chen Jie, Party member and deputy director, and Li Mingqi, Party member and chief auditor, attended the event. In accordance with State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China's plan to train international strategic talents, and around the vision of building a "Shenzhen version" with international norms to lead the tax modernization system, our bureau has taken advantage of the situation in terms of foreign language talent reserve and training, and established a compound foreign language tax talent team covering all official languages of the United Nations, such as English, French, Russian, Arabic and Spanish, as well as languages such as German and Japanese, forming a unique swan goose effect of foreign language talents in the national tax system. The purpose of holding this salon activity is to further promote development through radiation, grasp demonstrations from point to area, and strive to build a deep tax special force with "the strongest foreign language in the tax field and the most sophisticated tax business in the foreign language field" and "an international model".
In his opening speech, Li Xianming, a member of the party group and chief auditor of Shenzhen State Taxation Bureau, listed the cases of "going out" of foreign language talents of Shenzhen State Taxation Bureau in recent years and the recent success in the Shenzhen Citizens Speaking Foreign Languages Competition. He believes that this foreign language talent team enjoys a good reputation both inside and outside the system and is a "treasure" of Shenzhen national tax. He hoped that all foreign language talents attending the salon would make full use of this platform to show their talents and elegant demeanor.
In the salon, five foreign language talents with their own characteristics shared their experiences, their experiences in participating in foreign affairs activities and their prospects for the future. At the salon, the leaders of the Municipal Bureau also made video connection with Chai Shengwei, who is far away from Europe and Holland, and Yuan Wanwan, who is from Morocco, Africa.
After several foreign language talents shared their stories, Chen Jie, member of the party group and deputy director of the Municipal Taxation Bureau, commented: First, the modernization process of the Shenzhen State Taxation Bureau needs foreign language talents. At the end of the activity, Zhang Guojun, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Bureau, put forward some hopes for foreign language talents in his concluding speech: I hope that foreign language talents will firmly grasp the language advantage and always maintain the foreign language advantage; On the other hand, it is necessary to speed up the improvement of professional ability, pay attention to the combination of foreign language and business, strive to grow into the backbone of the tax professional field, and turn the language advantage into the entrepreneurial ability of officials.
