The scale benefits of fruit industry, vegetable industry and animal husbandry have been improved simultaneously. Formulate the development plan of circular economy in southern Shaanxi, further solve the path and mode problems of breakthrough development in southern Shaanxi, and continue to strengthen infrastructure construction focusing on transportation. Last year, the average economic growth rate of the three cities in southern Shaanxi reached 14.6%, which was higher than the provincial level. Taking the opportunity of building a national large-scale coal demonstration base to support the transformation of resources in northern Shaanxi, seven new major projects were laid in northern Shaanxi last year, with a total investment of 230 billion yuan, and nine major projects were put into operation, especially the first phase of Shenhua Dow Yulin Coal Comprehensive Utilization Project with an investment of/kloc-0.8 billion US dollars, which will provide new support for the leap-forward development of northern Shaanxi.

Soil erosion control covers an area of 6,644 square kilometers, afforesting 4.903 million mu, and planting 3.87 million trees on the Weihe River levee. The water quality at Tongguan exit section of Weihe River has been improved from inferior grade 5 to grade 5, and the water quality at the exit of Hanjiang River has maintained the standards of Grade 2 and Grade 3 respectively.
