Section 2 Registration of Change

(a) the name of the unit;

(2) the address of the company;

(three) the legal representative or principal responsible person;

Section 3 Cancellation of Registration

If the insured unit is transferred out of the overall scope, it shall go to the public business office for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days.

Tenth insured units to cancel the registration, should fill in the "Chongqing social insurance cancellation registration form" (Annex 4), and submit the following documents and materials:

Chapter II Change of Insured

Section 1 Increase of Insured

Section 2 Reduction of Insured

Article 15 If the insured unit reduces its employees due to termination, dissolution of labor relations, job transfer, resignation, dismissal, joining the army, going to school, disappearance, death, division of the unit, etc., it shall fill out the Application Form for Reduction of Employees in Social Insurance Units in Chongqing (Annex 6) within 15 days after the above-mentioned situation occurs, and submit the following supporting materials:

Section 3 Retirement of the Insured

In the process of collection, if the insured unit has doubts about the collection plan, it should apply to the local business office for review. If necessary, the Public Business Department shall submit the modification plan to the local tax department as required.

(5) Before the end of 2011,the local tax departments of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) will be on the 6th, 16, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Accordingly, local tax officials issue general tax payment books.

Section III Review

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 47 This work specification shall be implemented as of July 1 1 day, 2065. In the past, if the relevant provisions of this Municipality were inconsistent with this work specification, this work specification shall prevail.
