I. Recruitment scope and number of people

There are 24 publicly-funded normal graduates from provincial normal universities in Panzhihua in 2020, and the proportion of subject registration is not limited. For specific positions, please refer to the Table of Recruitment Positions of Provincial Public-funded Normal Graduates in Miyi County in 2020 (attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the Table of Positions);

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) Bachelor degree or bachelor degree;

(two) to obtain a teacher qualification certificate that meets the requirements of the post or to have the corresponding teacher qualification conditions;

III. Registration and Qualification Examination

(1) Time: July 6, 2020, 9: 00-8: 00 pm/kloc-0.

(2) Location: No.23 Taisheng North Road, Qingyang District, Chengdu (Taitong Hotel).

Public-funded normal graduates who have studied in other universities such as Sichuan Normal University and West China Normal University and signed a training agreement with Panzhihua Education Bureau will go to Chengdu Taitong Hotel for recruitment on the same day and at the same time, and will not organize recruitment activities in other schools or places.

(3) Submission of materials: application form (with 1 inch bareheaded photo) 1 copy, ID card, employment recommendation form, corresponding teacher qualification certificate (which can be provided during the probation period), Putonghua grade certificate, English grade certificate, academic certificate issued by my college, student ID card and relevant honorary certificate. Fourth, the interview

The interview will be conducted in the form of microteaching, and the time and place will be notified separately. After the interview, normal students at public expense choose their own positions according to the order of assessment scores from high to low.

V. Physical examination

The physical examination is organized by the county education and sports bureau and the county people's social security bureau to the designated second-class general hospital and above, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the applicants themselves. For the physical examination, please refer to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servant Examination (No.65 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012]) and the Notice on Revising the General Standard of Civil Servant Examination (Trial) and the Operating Manual of Civil Servant Examination (Trial) (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016]140) From the announcement to the implementation of this recruitment medical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.

Recruiting units or candidates who have doubts about the results of physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot may put forward a written re-examination request within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of physical examination conclusion. The re-examination will only be conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion will be re-examined. The physical examination conclusion will be subject to the re-examination result.

Applicants who practise fraud or conceal the real situation in the medical examination or those who are absent from the medical examination will not be hired or cancelled.

VI. Investigation

Through file search, discussion and letter inquiry, this paper focuses on the candidates' political thoughts, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, social relations and whether they need to be avoided. Form an investigation report and report it to relevant departments for the record.

VII. Publicity

Those who pass the interview, physical examination and inspection shall be reported to the relevant departments for approval according to the prescribed procedures and publicized on Panxi Talent Network () and the portal website of Miyi County People's Government (). The publicity period is 7 working days.

If there are no problems or problems reflected during the publicity period but it does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Those who reflect serious problems and find evidence that they do not meet the employment conditions shall not be employed; If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify or deny at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire will be decided after verification. Due to the reported cancellation of employment qualifications or the voluntary abandonment of the proposed employees during the publicity period, the vacancies will not be replenished.

VIII. Employment

(1) Those who have passed the interview, political examination and physical examination and have no objection to the publicity shall be verified by the Miyi County Education and Sports Bureau in accordance with the regulations on the validity and completeness of the academic qualifications, degrees and teacher qualification certificates provided by the contracted teachers' graduates at public expense, and the employment procedures shall be handled after they are correct.

(2) The personnel to be hired after examination and confirmation shall report to the Miyi County Education and Sports Bureau before July 3, 2020, and the original registration certificate, graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua grade certificate shall be provided when reporting (which must meet the requirements of Putonghua grade of the teaching subject in our province). Those who refuse to report shall be disqualified. The vacancy caused by the above reasons or other reasons will not be replenished. After the examination and approval, the employer shall go through the formalities of employment according to the relevant provisions of the state.

(3) The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to relevant policies and regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination by the recruiting unit will be formally employed; If there are serious violations of laws and regulations during the probation period or the probation period expires, the employment will be cancelled.

(IV) Staff who enter institutions through direct examination and recruitment shall be subject to service period management. The minimum service period in the education and sports system of Miyi County is 8 years (including 5 years in township schools), and those whose service period is not full shall not be transferred from Miyi County.

IX. Discipline Supervision and Avoidance

In order to ensure the smooth progress of direct examination and recruitment of publicly-funded normal graduates from provincial normal universities in 2020, and to maintain the fairness and seriousness of the recruitment work, all information, procedures and results are made public in the recruitment work, and it is subject to the supervision of the society and relevant departments. Once the personnel who violate the regulations and resort to deceit are verified, their employment qualifications will be cancelled, and the relevant personnel will be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations.
