Collection time: generally ranging from March to August of the following year. Transcripts are usually distributed in March-April, sometimes together with qualification certificates.

Pick-up place: pick it up with my ID card at my unit or the doctor qualification examination office of the Municipal Health Bureau.

Collection method:

1. The general unit will receive two forms, namely, Examination Form for Granting Physician Qualification and Application Form for Registration and Granting Physician Qualification, which will be stored in the personnel department of the unit.

2. The "Physician Qualification Certificate" is uniformly supervised by the State Health Planning Commission and issued by the Department of Medical Administration of the Provincial Health Department, the Personnel Department and the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

(1)1Before June 26, 1998, those who obtained medical professional technical titles (positions) in accordance with relevant regulations and were recognized as doctors' qualifications were awarded doctor qualification certificates by the personnel department of the Provincial Health Department.

(2) Those who have passed the national examination for the qualification of doctors in traditional Chinese medicine shall be awarded the "Qualification Certificate of Doctors" by the provincial administration of traditional Chinese medicine.

(3) Those who pass the national examination for the qualification of western medicine doctors shall be awarded the qualification certificate by the medical administration department of the provincial health department.
