1. Yangpu Economic Development Zone is located in Yangpu Peninsula in the northwest of Hainan. It is the first state-level development zone in China with foreign investment and free trade zone policy, which was approved by Comrade Deng Xiaoping and established by the State Council in 1992. The planned control area is 114.7 square kilometers.

2. Jiangdong New District of Haikou is a municipal district of Haikou City, which is located in the east coast of Haikou City (the whole town of Yanfeng Town in Meilan District, almost all of Lingshan Town, north of sanjiang town and north of Yunlong Town) and adjacent to Qiongzhou Strait.
