Graduate students are mainly divided into academic graduate students and professional graduate students (both of which have full-time and part-time learning forms). Full-time postgraduate students are enrolled through postgraduate and doctoral entrance examinations held by institutions of higher learning, with a minimum schooling of 2 or 3 years; On-the-job personnel before 20 17 mainly refer to on-the-job graduate students, and they mainly enroll students through 10 joint entrance examination and equivalent academic qualifications. From 20 17, the traditional on-the-job graduate students were abolished and part-time graduate students were born [2]. Part-time graduate students and full-time graduate students took the national unified examination at the end of 12, marked with the same score line, and also obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates when they graduated. Full-time and part-time graduate students implement the same examination enrollment policy and training standards, but their learning forms are different. Their academic qualifications are all general higher education (unified recruitment qualifications), and their academic degree certificates have the same legal status and the same effect.
