Wayaoshan Site is located 600 meters southeast of Xiajiajiyu Village, Shilipu Town, Kongtong District, Pingliang City. It is the site of Yangshao culture, Qijia culture and Zhou Dynasty cultural sites. The area is about 300,000 square meters, and the cultural layer is 0.5- 1.5 meters thick, with pottery kilns and tombs exposed. The collected ditch-shaped pottery pieces of Yangshao culture temple are muddy red pottery with sand, mainly decorated with thin rope patterns, and the shapes of pottery pieces are pointed bottles, bowls and pots. Qijia culture pottery pieces are argillaceous red pottery, red-brown pottery mixed with sand, and a small amount of gray pottery, decorated with rope patterns, basket patterns and additional pile patterns, and are shaped into high-necked and shoulder-folded cans, bowls and pots. The pottery pieces of the Zhou Dynasty are mud-gray pottery, decorated with rope patterns, and have shapes such as cans and cans. The well-preserved site is of great value for studying the development of ancient culture in Longdong.
Sishilipu Town: Sishilipu Town was identified as a pilot town for comprehensive reform of small towns in Gansu Province after 1997, and was listed as a national pilot unit for comprehensive reform of small towns in February 1997.
