Second, the handling process

(1) Notice of Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households;

(two) for road business license;

(3) Obtaining an industrial and commercial business license;

(4) Obtaining a tax registration certificate;

(five) the vehicle license to dmv (individual account name from the foreign car transfer to the industrial and commercial office for approval);

(6) Obtain a business license.

Application conditions for truck certificate:

1. Drivers engaged in road passenger transport shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license 1 year or more;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) No major traffic accidents within 3 years;

(four) to master the basic knowledge of road passenger transport regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and passenger first aid;

(5) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Two, the business of road freight transport drivers shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Three, road dangerous goods transport drivers shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) No major traffic accidents within 3 years;

(four) to obtain the qualification of road passenger transport or cargo transport driver for more than 2 years;

(five) to accept the training of relevant laws and regulations, safety knowledge, professional technology, occupational health protection and emergency rescue knowledge, and to understand the nature, hazard characteristics, use characteristics of packaging containers and emergency measures in case of accidents;

(6) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Four, road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading management personnel and escorts shall meet the following conditions:

(a) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(2) Junior high school education or above;

(three) to receive training in relevant laws and regulations, safety knowledge, professional technology, occupational health protection and emergency rescue knowledge, and to understand the nature, hazard characteristics, use characteristics of packaging containers and emergency measures in case of accidents;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Five, motor vehicle maintenance and technical personnel shall meet the following conditions:

(a) technical personnel responsible for

1. College degree or above in motor vehicle maintenance or related major, or intermediate title or above in motor vehicle maintenance or related major;

2 familiar with motor vehicle maintenance business, master motor vehicle maintenance and related policies, regulations and technical specifications.

(2) Quality inspector

1. Have a high school education or above;

2. Familiar with motor vehicle maintenance and testing operation specifications, master motor vehicle maintenance fault diagnosis and quality testing related technologies, and be familiar with motor vehicle maintenance service charging standards and related policies, regulations and technical specifications.

(three) technicians engaged in mechanical maintenance, electrical appliances, sheet metal, painting, vehicle technical appraisal (including testing) business.

1. Have a junior high school education or above;

2. Be familiar with the maintenance technology and operation specifications of this type of work, and understand motor vehicle maintenance and related policies and regulations.

Six, motor vehicle driving training coaches shall meet the following conditions:

(A) Theory coach

1. Obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driving license and have more than 2 years of safe driving experience;

2. The age is not more than 60 years old;

3. Have a technical secondary school degree or above in automobile and related majors or an intermediate technical title or above in automobile and related majors;

4. Master the knowledge of road traffic safety laws and regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology, common first aid for the wounded and other safe driving knowledge, understand the relevant knowledge of vehicle environmental protection and energy saving, understand the basic teaching knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology, and have the teaching ability to write lesson plans and standardize explanations.

(2) Driving operation coach

1. Obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license, which meets the requirements of safe driving experience and corresponding vehicle driving experience;

2. The age is not more than 60 years old;

3. Have a secondary school or high school education in automobile and related majors;

4. Master the basic knowledge of road traffic safety regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology, emergency driving, be familiar with the knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common fault diagnosis, vehicle environmental protection and energy saving, and have the teaching ability to explain driving essentials, demonstrate driving actions and guide driving.

(three) road passenger and freight transport driver qualification training coaches

1. College degree or above in automobile or related major or senior technical title or above in automobile or related major;

2. Master the laws and regulations on road passenger transportation, cargo transportation, motor vehicle maintenance, cargo handling and storage, passenger first aid and other related knowledge, and have the corresponding teaching ability;

3. Have more than 2 years of teaching experience in general motor vehicle driver training, and have no bad teaching records in the past 2 years.

(four) dangerous goods transport driver qualification training coaches

1. College degree or above in chemical engineering or related major or senior technical title or above in chemical engineering or related major;

2. Master the laws and regulations on the transport of dangerous goods, the characteristics of dangerous chemicals, the use of packaging containers, occupational safety protection and emergency rescue, and have the corresponding teaching ability;

3. Have more than 2 years of teaching experience in chemical engineering and related majors, and have no bad teaching records in the past 2 years.

Submission of materials

1. Personnel who apply to take the qualification examination for drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport shall apply to the municipal road transport management institution of their domicile or temporary residence, fill in the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Drivers of Commercial Road Passenger and Freight Transport (see Annex 1 for the style), and provide the following materials:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) Motor vehicle driver's license and its copy;

(three) to apply for the qualification examination of road passenger drivers, it shall also provide a certificate issued by the competent department of road traffic safety that there is no record of major traffic accidents within 3 years.

Second, to apply for taking the qualification examination for drivers of road transport of dangerous goods, an application shall be made to the municipal department in charge of transportation where the household registration is located or where the temporary residence is located, and the application form for qualification examination for road transport of dangerous goods practitioners shall be filled out, and the following materials shall be provided:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) Motor vehicle driver's license and its copy;

(three) the qualification certificate of the road passenger driver or the road freight transport driver and its copy;

(4) Relevant training certificates and photocopies;

(five) the certificate issued by the competent department of road traffic safety that there is no record of major traffic accidents within 3 years.

Three, apply to participate in the road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading management personnel and escort personnel qualification examination, shall apply to the domicile or temporary residence divided into districts of the municipal department in charge of transportation, fill out the "road dangerous goods transport practitioners qualification examination application form", and provide the following materials:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) academic certificate and its copy;

(3) Relevant training certificates and copies.

Four, apply to participate in the motor vehicle maintenance technician qualification examination, it shall apply to the municipal road transport management institution of its domicile or temporary residence, fill out the "motor vehicle maintenance technician qualification examination application form" (see Annex 3 for the style), and provide the following materials:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(two) academic certificate and photocopy, apply to participate in the competent technical personnel qualification examination, you can also provide technical title certificate and photocopy.

To apply for the quality inspector qualification examination, a motor vehicle driver's license and its copy and proof of maintenance technical work experience shall also be provided.

Five, apply to participate in the motor vehicle driving training coach qualification examination, it shall apply to the provincial road transport management institution where the domicile or temporary residence is located, fill out the "motor vehicle driving training coach qualification examination application form" (see Annex 4 for the style), and provide the following materials:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) Motor vehicle driver's license and its copy;

(3) academic certificate or technical title certificate and its copy;

(four) the certificate of safe driving experience issued by the competent department of road traffic safety;

(five) the driving experience certificate of the corresponding model;

(6) Those who apply to participate in the qualification examination for driver training coaches of road passenger and freight transport and the qualification examination for driver training coaches of dangerous goods transport shall also provide corresponding proof of teaching experience.
