Brief report on national health examination
In order to solidly promote the project of benefiting the people through medical treatment and implement the policy of the Party Committee and government of the autonomous region that each urban and rural resident of Xinjiang enjoys a free medical examination every year, the Party Committee and government of our county attach great importance to it, act quickly and deploy it in an all-round way, set up a special leading body, formulate an implementation plan and carry out work in light of the actual situation. Let the people really feel the warmth and care of the party.
First, the basic situation of the physical examination object
The urban and rural residents of Qitai County are organized to carry out physical examination in five categories. The total data of the whole county is 2 10950 (of which the first category is 0? There are 6-year-old (including 6-year-old) urban and rural children * * * 14257, and the second category is 7? 14 years old (including 14 years old) students * * * have 16449 students, the third category 15? Urban and rural residents aged 64 (including 64 years old) 15996 1 person, category iv 65? There are 79-year-old urban and rural residents 16 186, 4,097 elderly people over 80 years old, and 7,242 retired employees of the fifth type enterprises). In principle, the health examination expenses shall be implemented according to the standard of 100 yuan/person, and the medical examination expenses shall be solved by the county finance bureau as a whole.
Second, the implementation time of physical examination

Before 20 161Feb. 3 1, 30% (63,285 people) of urban and rural residents have completed physical examination;
Before March 3, 20 17, 60%( 126570 people) of urban and rural residents have completed physical examination;
Before June 30th, 20 17, 90%( 189855 people) of urban and rural residents' health checkups will be completed;
Complete the first round of physical examination for 100% of urban and rural residents before August 3 1 7. Complete the physical examination of 2 10950 people in Qitai county.
Third, the physical examination work arrangement
The first category is 0? 6-year-old children in urban and rural areas (including 6-year-old children), the parents are responsible for the health examination in the medical institutions and township hospitals directly under the county where the children's household registration is located.
The second category is 7? 14-year-old students (including 14-year-old students) shall be arranged by the education department to go to the medical institutions for physical examination.
The third category is 15? 64-year-old (including 64-year-old) urban and rural residents, taking the village (community) as the unit, are organized by the village (neighborhood) Committee to go to the medical examination institution for medical examination. Among them: students in senior high schools and vocational high schools are arranged by the education department to go to designated medical institutions for health examination. All departments and units are responsible for urging their employees (including retirees) to go to the medical institutions under their jurisdiction for health examination.
The fourth category is urban and rural residents aged 65 (including 65 years old) and above, taking the village (community) as the unit, and the village (neighborhood) Committee will organize a medical examination to the medical examination institution.
The fifth category is the retired employees of enterprises, who are organized by the community to go to designated medical institutions for health checkups.
Iv. progress of work
10 10 held the kick-off meeting of the national health check-up work in Qitai County in Laoqitai Town, and rolled out the work in an all-round way. Other towns and villages have also taken active actions to follow up comprehensively. By the end of1October 19, the total number of people who completed physical examination in the county was 13694, accounting for 6.49% of the number of tasks completed. Among them, 0-6-year-old children 14257 people have completed physical examination 1802 12.64%, 7- 14-year-old people 16449 people, and 393/kloc-0 people have completed physical examination. 15-64 years old population 15996 1 10,000 people, 68 14 people have undergone physical examination, accounting for 4.26% of the tasks completed. There are 27,525 people over 65 years old and retired employees of enterprises in the county, who have undergone physical examination1.
V. Existing problems
(1) The medical examination work is not balanced. The progress of villages and towns is uneven, and some villages and towns work is slow. The promotion of physical examination among the classified population is unbalanced. At present, the population aged 15-64 is the population with the largest number of physical examinations and the largest proportion among the five groups. Up to now, the number of people who have completed physical examinations is small, mainly because the personnel organization is not in place. At present, the daily physical examination of children aged 0-6, primary and secondary school students aged 7- 14, and elderly people over 65 are still the main tasks.
(2) The publicity is not in place and the atmosphere is not strong. Some townships and urban communities can't coordinate all forces in time to carry out extensive publicity, and only rely on the strength of the Health Planning Commission to carry out publicity. The masses are relatively passive about the national health check-up, resulting in slow progress in the work.
VI. Requirements for the next step
(a) to promote the health examination work as a whole. All towns and communities should make overall plans and mobilize the forces of all parties according to the completion time and tasks drawn up by the county government, and organize the health examination work in a scientific and orderly manner.
(two) extensive publicity, create an atmosphere. The township party committees, governments, departments, and especially the propaganda departments should intensify their propaganda through television, radio, online media, rural radio, fairs, etc., and create a good social atmosphere in which everyone knows the medical examination policy and everyone voluntarily participates in the medical examination, so as to truly realize that health benefits the masses and health promotes the economy.
