52 common questions in flight attendant interview

1, please introduce yourself.

Dear judges and teachers, good afternoon. I'm Lin Lirong, contestant xxx, and I'm honored to attend this interview. Today, I will sincerely and truthfully answer all the questions raised by the teachers. Please allow me to introduce myself briefly.

My name is XXX, and I'm 22 years old. From Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, I graduated from South China Agricultural University majoring in xx.

I used to be a xxx, and my only work experience was an internship in xxx for x months. I have an unusual desire to fly into the blue sky since I was a child, and I also know that it is not easy to be a flight attendant (pilot) with a shiny surface but too many hardships behind it. But my major endows me with good patience and a friendly character who likes to communicate with others. Because of something, I have more hard-working, capable and decisive spirit than ordinary peers. Therefore, I believe that I will have a good dedication and psychological quality (service consciousness), love the collective and do a good job in Xiamen Airlines.

Thank you. (Standing and introducing is 15 degree bow; Sitting is a nod)

Why do you want to be a pilot?

Because when I was young, I had infinite longing for the blue sky, and I felt that flight attendants were a very handsome and sacred job. But later, as I grew older, my concern and understanding of pilots (flight attendants) did not just stay on the surface, and I knew that the hardships behind them far exceeded the nobility and glamour on the surface. Working hours are irregular, holidays are rare, they are busiest when others are resting, and they have no time to go home to see their parents and spend time with their children during the New Year. Nevertheless, I still think that flying is my dream and pursuit. Because they have too many beautiful qualities, broad-minded and ambitious goals (noble appearance), warm and tolerant character and hard-working spirit (warm and tolerant character), and they are loyal (thoughtful service consciousness and service skills), modest and prudent (and hard-working spirit) ... This is worth learning. Therefore, I will feel very proud if I can be a pilot (flight attendant) with both internal and external skills.

What do your parents think of you as a flight attendant?

My parents are very supportive. They feel that the post-90s generation is often the darling of their families, and few people will empathize and tolerate others, lacking perseverance and the spirit of hardship. So they are very happy that I am applying for the job of pilot (flight attendant) this time, and think it will be a job that can temper people's will very much.

Many people apply for this job because of its high monthly salary, but I think that no matter which company, the monthly salary he gives its employees depends on the value created by this employee, not that you only create 80 and he gives you 100. So I believe that as long as I do well, the company will not treat me badly.

6. If you are hired, how long will you stay with us?

Pilot (flight attendant) is a very challenging occupation that I have been looking forward to for many years. It will be an honor to be hired. As for how long * * * will last, of course, it depends on two aspects. Furthermore, whether your company can provide me with learning opportunities and development space.

7. What would you do if passengers suggested traveling together?

The flight attendant can politely refuse on the grounds of putting work first, so as to avoid unpleasant things. My own professional outlook is basically to serve the society and the public. Because no matter what occupation you do, you are serving the people, but the objects you serve are different.

Flight attendant: As a flight attendant, you must first have a sense of service in order to achieve good service, good service and good service. After all, if the word "air" is removed, the job nature of a flight attendant is just like that of a waiter serving dishes in a restaurant. Therefore, we should be polite and gentle when facing passengers. Be calm, witty and decisive when doing things. Keep an eye on the place to be served all the time, and then deal with it quickly before the passengers are dissatisfied.

My previous job was really a job that was easy to be satisfied in any aspect, and my work unit was also very good, which was always longed for by many colleagues. Of course, I also know that pilots (flight attendants) are unstable, and their working hours are irregular. They are busiest when others are resting, and they have to study all the time to promote their professional skills. But I firmly believe that pursuing stability when I am young will not be particularly stable when I am old. So, with this idea, I put all my eggs in one basket and decided to put aside my previous stability to seek this job that I have been expecting for a long time and can always remind me to work hard to promote my progress. That's why I left my job.

Not at present.

As far as I know, Xiamen Airlines is not only the only airline in China that won the Golden Goose Cup and Golden Eagle Cup, the highest safety award in China's civil aviation, but also a caring enterprise. In 2004, it established the "Xiamen Airlines Charity Scholarship" activity, donating 300,000 donations every year, and helping 500 students out of the predicament within two years. In 2008, the Wenchuan earthquake was the first enterprise to donate 2 million yuan in cash and race against time to send140,000 yuan to the disaster area in batches. Service refers to a paid or unpaid activity that works for others and benefits them. The service of flight attendants belongs to the latter, which provides services to passengers from the heart without any return, making passengers feel warm and comfortable.
