Operating steps:

1. Please log on to the website of Shanghai Taxation Bureau in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) and enter the Electronic Taxation Bureau, and click Home → My Information → User Management → Account Security → Certificate Management;

2. Click the CA certificate/electronic business license update, select the serial number record of the CA that needs to be changed, click Modify, and select the certificate qualification: USB mode, and the CA logo is selected as the first-class CA. You will be prompted, "Your company already has a primary CA. If you confirm to adjust the primary CA, the system will set the original primary CA as the secondary CA while adding the primary CA; If no adjustment is needed, please click the Cancel button. " Click OK.
