3, individual industrial and commercial households new supplement (change) business license, each charge 10 yuan;
4, individual industrial and commercial households voluntarily receive a copy of the business license, each charge a fee of 5 yuan; ?
5, individual industrial and commercial households annual inspection photos, each household charges 5 yuan. ?

Engaged in business projects that must be reported to the relevant departments for examination and approval according to laws and administrative regulations, the approval documents of the relevant departments shall be submitted.
Where an entrusted agent applies for registration of establishment, it shall submit the power of attorney of the applicant and the identity certificate or qualification certificate of the agent.
