1. According to my country’s current labor law, enterprises can implement the following three working hour systems:
Standard working hour system: five days a week and eight hours a day,
Comprehensive working hours system: an average of 20.98 days of work per month, the hours of the day are not fixed, and the days of the week are not fixed, but one day of rest is required every week.
Irregular working hours: There are no fixed hours for work, but you must have one day off per week.
The latter two working hour systems must be filed with the Labor Bureau.
Article 36 of the "Labor Law": The state implements a working hour system in which workers' daily working hours shall not exceed eight hours and the average weekly working hours shall not exceed forty-four hours.
Article 38: The employer shall ensure that workers have at least one day off per week.
Article 41 Due to production and operation needs, the employer may extend working hours after consultation with the trade union and workers, generally not more than one hour per day; if working hours need to be extended due to special reasons, Under the conditions of protecting the health of workers, extended working hours shall not exceed three hours per day, but shall not exceed thirty-six hours per month.
2. There are two types of overtime:
If you work overtime under the standard working hour system and do not get paid days off, you must be paid overtime. Only those who work on Saturdays and Sundays can get paid days off.
The company has the right to arrange which days employees can take off if they meet the conditions of compensatory leave. If the company does not arrange for employees to take compensatory leave, they should pay double overtime pay.

Article 44 of the "Labor Law" stipulates: Under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay the employee a wage higher than the normal working time wages according to the following standards: Wages and remuneration:
(1) If workers are arranged to extend their working hours, wages and remuneration of no less than 150% of wages shall be paid;
(2) Rest If an employee is scheduled to work on a day and no compensatory leave can be arranged, a wage remuneration of no less than 200% of the salary shall be paid;
(3) If an employee is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, the salary shall be no less than 200% of the salary. Salary remuneration of three hundred percent of salary.
Article 31 of the "Labor Contract Law" Employers shall strictly implement labor quota standards and shall not force or force workers in disguised form to work overtime. If an employer arranges overtime work, it shall pay overtime pay to workers in accordance with relevant national regulations.
