Third, the exam (total score 100).

(1) Dancers, vocalists, instrumental musicians and stage technicians: 90 points for professional examinations and 10 for interviews.

(2) Finance and secretary: 60 points were scored in professional examinations and 40 points were scored in interviews.

The interview exam results will be announced on the spot when the exam is over. The interview mainly examines the candidate's political and ideological quality, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.

(3) The comprehensive scores of professional examination results and interview results become the total scores of candidates' examination results, which will be announced 7 working days after the end of the examination, and the candidates to be hired will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

Fourth, the examiner

The members of the recruitment examination jury group are composed of the unit, the competent unit and the human society department (the experts from other units shall not be less than one third).

Physical examination: the physical examination of the person to be employed shall be carried out with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servants. If the former fails to pass the physical examination, it will be replenished in turn according to the score ranking. Only those who pass the physical examination can be determined as candidates to be hired.

V. Employment: The list of persons to be employed and basic information (name, gender, date of birth, education background, nationality and test scores) shall be publicized for 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the current system.

VI. Treatment

The employed personnel shall be executed according to the salary standard and treatment of institutions in balance allocation.
