Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the payment, supervision and management of wages of enterprises within the administrative area of this province.
Article 3 The wage distribution of an enterprise shall follow the principle of distribution according to work and implement equal pay for equal work; Enterprise wage payment shall follow the principle of good faith and be paid in full and on time in the form of currency.
Article 4 The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen their leadership over enterprise wage payment, establish a dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanism for wage payment, and solve outstanding problems in enterprise wage payment in a timely manner.
Article 5 The administrative department of labor security of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the payment of wages by enterprises within their respective administrative areas. Finance, state-owned assets, construction, economy and trade, taxation, industry and commerce administration, auditing, statistics and other relevant departments shall, according to their respective responsibilities, do a good job in the supervision and management of enterprise wage payment.
Article 6 Trade unions shall supervise the wage payment behavior of enterprises according to law, and have the right to put forward rectification opinions or suggestions to the administrative department of labor security to support and help workers safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
Article 7 The administrative department of labor and social security shall establish a reporting and handling system for illegal wage payment of enterprises, and publicly report telephone numbers, mailboxes or e-mail addresses.
The provincial people's government, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, combined with the level of economic and social development and the supply and demand of labor force in this province, formulated macro-control policies for wages of enterprises in this province and issued minimum wage standards and wage guidelines.
Legal basis: Article 19 of the Regulations on Wage Payment of Enterprises in Shandong Province: An enterprise shall prepare a wage payment form, which shall record the name of the wage payment object, payment time, payment items, overtime pay, payable amount, deduction items, actual payment amount and employee's signature.
