2. Materials required for company address registration.
1. 2. Provide a copy of the certificate of the actual business place of the enterprise to which the application address belongs and check the original. The certificate can be:

Online registration: Online registration of enterprises is carried out on the website of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, where all information of company registration is registered, including: company name, registered capital, legal person, contribution ratio of shareholders, work distribution, registered address and other information.
Contract number and delivery: When booking the delivery of materials on the website of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the materials should be delivered to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau at the agreed time. Documents to be delivered include: investor's ID card, articles of association, resolutions of shareholders' meeting, lease agreement, real estate license, application for registration of enterprise establishment, certificate of entrusted agent-copies of ID cards of legal person and shareholders, copies of ID cards of senior managers, articles of association, real estate license, proof of residence and application for registration of enterprise establishment.
Obtaining a business license: It takes about 5 working days to obtain a business license after the administrative department for industry and commerce accepts it.
Engraving: Engraving the official seal, corporate seal, financial seal, invoice seal and contract seal at the engraving company designated by the Public Security Bureau with the business license.
Declaration of national tax and local tax, bank account opening: you must apply to the local tax bureau for national tax registration within 15 working days, and report and pay taxes to the tax bureau on time every month, even if you don't open your business, you don't have to pay taxes. You can open a bank account nearby according to your needs. With the original and photocopy of business license, enterprise ID card, official seal, special financial seal and legal person seal, you can open a basic deposit account in the bank.
Sign tripartite agreement: The tripartite agreement of Party A, Party B and Party C is a tax agreement among tax authorities, banks and enterprises.
Opening an account for social security and provident fund: You need to bring the following materials to the Social Security Bureau for the registration of opening an account for social security: 1, tax registration certificate; 2. Legal person ID card; 3. A copy of the business license; 4. Bank account opening license (original and photocopy of the above documents are required)
Official seal of the company: go to the provident fund management center and open a provident fund account. The required materials include: original and photocopy of business license, original and photocopy of legal person ID card, and original and photocopy of agent ID card.
Start tax accounting: After the company is established, the tax declaration of last month must be completed by 15 every month.
