Second, the general principles of enrollment
(a) adhere to the principle of nearby, free of charge, and ensure that every school-age child (teenager) in the area has a degree from a relatively nearby public school. The enrollment school shall not take any form of examination (interview) to recruit new students, and shall not take the student's grades or award-winning certificates as the conditions or basis for admission.
(two) adhere to the principle of fairness, justice and openness, and fully implement the "sunshine enrollment" in primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage, strengthen the organization and guidance of enrollment work, and strengthen the disclosure of enrollment information. Enrollment policy, enrollment plan, enrollment scope, enrollment procedures, enrollment methods, enrollment results and other information. They are fully open and consciously accept social supervision.
Third, the enrollment target
First-year students must be at least 6 years old (born on September 1 day, 2007-August 3 1 day, 2008), and seventh-year students are sixth-year graduates.
Fourth, the enrollment batch

The first round: recruit school-age children (teenagers) who need to borrow from urban households outside the teaching area; The second round recruits school-age children (teenagers) with Rui 'an household registration who need to borrow schools outside the teaching area.
Five, enrollment plan and school teaching area division
Class sizes of Grade One and Grade Seven are controlled within 40 and 45 students respectively.
In 20 14 years, the teaching area of junior high schools and primary schools in the whole school district remained unchanged.
VI. Registration Time and Procedures
(a) the first and second batch of enrollment

(2) The third batch of enrollment

2. 3. Review admission: The school will strictly review the registration conditions and materials. If the number of qualified students is less than the remaining places in the school, the school shall accept all of them; If the number of qualified students exceeds the remaining places, the school will admit them in the prescribed order until the places are full. On the morning of July 23rd, the school reported the first, second and third batch of enrollment results to the school district and publicized them for 2 days. If there are remaining places, the fourth batch of enrollment procedures will be started.
(3) The fourth batch of enrollment
This batch is divided into two rounds of enrollment. Schools with remaining places after the first round of admission will start the second round of enrollment.

(3) Examination and admission: The school will strictly examine the registration conditions and materials. If the number of qualified students is less than the remaining places in the school, the school shall accept all of them; If the number of qualified students exceeds the remaining places, the school will take admission by referring to the computer allocation method, starting at 8: 30 am on July 28th, 20 14, and the specific location will be decided by the school. On the afternoon of July 28th, the school reported the enrollment results to the school district for 2 days.
Schools with remaining places after the first round of admission will start the second round of enrollment.
2. The fourth batch of second round enrollment
(1) Registration time: 2065438+July 3, 20041; 8: 30am-11:30am and 2: 00pm-5: 00pm.
(2) Registration requirements: bring the original and copy of the household registration book (the page where the head of household is located, the page where parents are located, and the page where students are studying) to the selected school for registration. At the same time, freshmen must also bring their children's vaccination certificates; The seventh-grade freshmen must also bring the original "Student Basic Information Form" (stamped by the primary school graduation school).
(3) Examination and admission: The school will strictly examine the registration conditions and materials. If the number of qualified students is less than the remaining places in the school, the school shall accept all of them; If the number of qualified students exceeds the remaining places, the school will make reference to the computer allocation method, starting at 8: 30 am on August 2, 20 14, and the specific location will be decided by the school. On the afternoon of August 2, the school reported the enrollment results to the school district and publicized them for 2 days.
(4) Children of new residents who hold valid residence (temporary) residence permits in Ruian shall register at the registration point designated by the education school district within the specified time based on the principle of relatively close admission, and the qualified children shall be arranged by the education school district as a whole. (5) All schools should verify the household registration certificate in accordance with the requirements of the electronic student status system for primary and secondary school students in Zhejiang Province and the financial, educational, scientific and cultural systems of Zhejiang Province, and correctly register the information such as the ID number, name, gender, nationality, place of origin, guardian's name and home address of the recruited object.
Seven. Relevant policy statement
(1) The deadline for school-age children (teenagers) to move into their household registration and their parents or their own real estate license registration or certificate filing is June 30, 20 14. If the real estate license has not been processed or is being processed after completion, it can be based on the purchase contract, invoice and pre-registration certificate of the housing development company or the receipt of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Civil contracts and agreements are not used as the real estate basis for enrollment.
A valid registered house must be designed for residence. If the real estate license does not record the purpose, the land use recorded in the land certificate must be residential land.
(2) School-age children (teenagers) in the teaching area, the owner of the house is their grandparents, the household registration of school-age children (teenagers) and their parents follows the above-mentioned houses and owners, and there are no other houses, so they are arranged to enter the school nearby with relevant certificates.
(three) during the mortgage period, the house can be sent to the school for examination and confirmation with a copy of the real estate license and the property certificate of the housing and construction department, and no real estate license is issued.
(4) School-age children (teenagers) whose household registration has not been implemented due to orphan adoption, parents' divorce and other reasons shall register with the school in the teaching area where the legal guardian's household registration is located with the original and photocopy of the valid certificate issued by the civil affairs department, the court and other departments.
(5) According to Article 20 of the Notice of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Overseas Chinese in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang [2006] No.75), guardians (grandparents, adult brothers and sisters, etc.) of school-age overseas Chinese children (teenagers) who hold residence permits can check with the Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese.
School-age overseas Chinese children (teenagers) with residence permits or parents with real estate licenses (but real estate licenses are being processed or not) can attend schools in their teaching areas.
(6) Children of martyrs, children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, children of grade 1-6 disabled soldiers, children of counties (cities) in frontier areas, desert areas and three types of remote areas determined by the state, children of special, grade 1-2 island troops determined by the army, and children of servicemen stationed in Switzerland are enrolled in the school according to document 10 1.

Eight, enrollment discipline requirements

(4) All schools should arrange enrollment in a timely manner in strict accordance with the enrollment conditions and procedures, especially strictly control the age, scope and conditions to ensure that all school-age children (teenagers) and children of new residents who meet the policy conditions in this teaching area are enrolled. The enrollment results should be announced on the campus network and the school bulletin board at the first time according to the admission batch.
(five) schools are not allowed to recruit students and minor children who fail to repeat classes without authorization, and junior high school students and junior high school graduates are not allowed to recruit. Schools should recruit students in strict accordance with the number of enrollment plans issued by the Ruian Municipal Education Bureau, and shall not arbitrarily increase the number of classes and places. Schools that have reached the class size shall not accept students who transfer to foreign teaching areas halfway. If it is really necessary to adjust the enrollment plan and quota, a written application shall be submitted to the Ruian Municipal Education Bureau, which can be implemented only after approval.

(7) Enrollment involves a wide range and is difficult, and parents and society are very concerned. Problems and difficulties encountered in enrollment work should be reported and studied in time. Acts that violate the spirit of the enrollment documents, such as fraud, will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the principle of "dealing with people first, then dealing with things". We must resolutely put an end to all kinds of unhealthy tendencies and ensure the smooth progress of compulsory education enrollment. Enrollment information is fully open and subject to supervision by public opinion. The school district supervises the whole process of enrollment.
Nine, admissions considerations
(1) Eligible students must register with schools in the teaching area on time.

The third batch of students who attend the registration on time are not admitted to the schools in the teaching area because of the quota, and will be arranged by the school district as a whole.
(4) Applicants who have been admitted in the first, second and third batches are not allowed to participate in the fourth batch of registration.
(five) the enrollment materials provided by the enrollment object are fraudulent, and once verified, the admission qualification of the corresponding school will be cancelled.
(VI) School-age children (teenagers) who need to postpone their schooling due to physical reasons shall submit a written application in time by their parents (legal guardians) and provide relevant supporting materials.
