3. Third, the recruitment conditions
Applicants shall meet the following conditions in addition to the qualifications required for supernumerary employment positions:

3. Physical and mental health, able to adapt to the work requirements of the positions applied for;

5. The work experience required by some recruitment positions is not included in social practice, internship, part-time job, etc.
The work experience and relevant years involved in this recruitment are calculated until September, 2022 16.
Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
In accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, it is carried out through procedures such as public registration, examination, physical examination, publicity and employment.
(1) Registration

If the fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in 2022 have obtained diplomas and degree certificates, the originals and photocopies of diplomas, degree certificates, valid identity documents, household registration books and other certificates (or certificates and certificates) required for applying for positions. A candidate only needs to register for one position. If more than one candidate is found among the shortlisted interviewers, the interview qualification will be cancelled. (3) Examinations and tests
The on-the-job examination of court judicial employees includes written test, professional skill test (mainly computer operation, divided into listening and watching) and interview. Total score of court judicial practitioners = written test score *35%+ professional skill test score *35%+ interview score *30%.
The driver post examination includes written examination and interview (skill test). Total post score = written test score *50%+ interview (skill test) score *50%.
Other post examinations include written examination and interview. Total post score = written test score *50%+ interview score *50%.
1. written test
The written test content is "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" (including "Traffic Laws and Regulations"), the full score of the written test is 100, the qualified score is 45, and the total score of the written test does not reach 45, so it cannot be included in the interview.
See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination. Applicants are required to take the written test with valid ID, admission ticket and health commitment letter (Annex 3).
2. Skills test
(1) Those who apply for the position of judicial staff of the court need to take a professional skill test, which mainly examines the speed and accuracy of computer text input, including listening and typing on the computer. The full score of the professional skill test is 100, and the skill test score = listening and playing score *50%+ watching and playing score *50%, and the professional skill test score is included in the total test score.
(2) The form of job interview for drivers is skill test, and the content of skill test is driving skills. Full score of skill test 100.
If the skill test subjects give up or fail to participate in the skill test at the specified time and place, or fail the skill test, they cannot participate in the interview.
The skills examination will be organized and implemented in a unified way, and the time and place of the examination will be notified separately.

The total post scores of judicial employees in the court are calculated according to the conversion ratio of written test scores and professional skill test scores (written test scores are 35% and skill test scores are 35%), and the interviewer from high score to low score is determined according to the ratio of recruitment plans 1: 3, and the interviewer determines three or more candidates according to the ratio of recruitment plans 1: 2. If there are less than the specified proportion in the post, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number.
Interviewers are determined according to the driver's position 1: 6. If the number of posts is less than the specified proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number.
For other positions, according to the written test results of the candidates, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 3, and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 2 for those who plan to recruit three or more people. If there are less than the specified proportion in the post, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number.
The interview form is structured interview (driver post interview skill test), and the time and place will be notified separately. Candidates attend the interview with the interview notice and their ID card. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
After the examination, the total score of judicial employees in the court is calculated according to the written test results, skill test results and interview results. For other positions, the total score is calculated according to the written test results and interview results. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score ranks first. According to the total score, from high score to low score, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the proportion of planned recruitment positions 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the policies of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Health Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau, such as the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 140). The medical examination fee is self-care.
Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination.
The inspection work was organized by each employer, with reference to the Measures for Inspection of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (Zhongfafa [2021]1No.).
(6) Publicity and employment
According to the physical examination report and investigation results submitted by the employer, the labor dispatch company determines the personnel to be hired and publicizes them to the public for 7 working days. After publicity without objection, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.
Applicants who give up or are disqualified from shortlisting for interview, physical examination, inspection and employment, or who resign and dismiss, shall be studied and decided by the employer whether to arrange replacement. Need to fill, according to the total score from high to low in the job interview qualified candidates to fill. The replacement is valid until the date of the next relevant recruitment announcement, and the longest period is no more than one year.
Establish a full-time driver reserve bank, and all qualified personnel in written test and interview (that is, skill test) will be incorporated into the reserve bank as a guarantee for the stable service of the driver team in our county and public institutions. For example, if the drivers originally recruited by each unit leave their jobs, they can be recruited from those who meet the recruitment requirements in the admission reserve according to their total scores and their own wishes after passing the physical examination and inspection. The replacement is valid until the date of the next relevant recruitment announcement, and the longest period is no more than two years.
Sign a labor contract with the labor dispatch company after employment, in which the probation period is 2 months; After the probation period expires, those who fail the examination will be dismissed.
Applicants must report within the specified time after receiving the employment notice, and those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.
Five, epidemic prevention and control requirements
1. According to the actual date of taking the first subject exam, people who entered the country within 10 days before the exam and people from high-risk areas in China within 7 days before the exam are not allowed to take the exam.
2. All candidates must meet the following conditions when entering the test center:
(1) green code of "health code" and "tourist card" in Zhejiang;
(2) provide the negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 48 hours before I actually took the first exam on the same day;
(3) The field temperature measurement is below 37.3℃ (re-measurement is allowed at intervals of 2-3 minutes).
