Step 1: Log in to State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Guizhou Electronic Taxation Bureau.

Open the Electronic Taxation Bureau of Guizhou Province, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, and click the Login button in the upper right corner. If the payer is an enterprise, choose the enterprise business and log in to the electronic tax bureau.
