Tang Aiguo?
Tang, also known as Tang, also known as Shaochuan, was born in 1862 1.2, Han nationality, from Tangjia Village, Tangjia Town, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. A famous political activist and diplomat in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, he was the prime minister's office of the Qing government, the first president of Shandong University (known as Shandong University Hall in history), the first cabinet prime minister of the Republic of China, and an official of the Kuomintang government. He used to be the president of Beiyang University (now Tianjin University). 1874 was selected by the Qing government to study in the United States. 1885 works in Tianjin tax yamen. Later, he was sent to North Korea to handle taxes and became the clerk and right-hand man of Yuan Shikai, the envoy of the Qing government to North Korea. 1904, as the plenipotentiary minister of the Qing government, he negotiated with Britain twice and signed the Treaty of Continuing Tibet and India, which enabled Britain to confirm China's territorial sovereignty over Tibet. After Wuchang Uprising, he served as the plenipotentiary of Yuan Shikai's cabinet, and started talks and negotiations with Wu, the plenipotentiary of the People's Army, at the end of 19 1 and reached an armistice agreement in Hubei, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu and Fengtian. Later, he continued to secretly discuss with Wu the preferential treatment for the abdication of the Qing emperor, as well as the resignation of Sun Yat-sen and the succession of Yuan Shikai. Yuan Shikai became the first cabinet prime minister after taking office as interim president. With Sun Yat-sen's consent, he joined the League. 1912 went to Nanjing to organize a new cabinet in March and moved to Beijing in April. Tang tried to implement the responsibility cabinet system, which was incompatible with Yuan Shikai's intention and was forced to resign and leave Beijing. 19 17 joined the Guangzhou military government as the chief financial officer and later became one of the seven chairmen. After the September 18th Incident, he served as a member of the Central Supervision Committee of the Kuomintang and the National Government. 65438-0932, member of the Standing Committee of Southwest Government Affairs Committee and county magistrate of Zhongshan County. Tang was originally a farmer, so it was difficult to make achievements. However, his family was lucky enough to catch up with Zeng Guofan's school, the school where Rong Hong organized young children to study in the United States. In the north and south of the river, the gentry's children refused to leave after being killed, and finally they had to take advantage of the Cantonese who had already switched on and off. Tang is one of them, and another famous figure is Zhan Tianyou.

Children's study abroad career was interrupted in advance because of the opposition of domestic die-hards. After Tang returned to China, he was depressed for a long time. Fortunately, he soon got to know Yuan Shikai and became one of Yuan's think tanks. In the last ten years of the late Qing Dynasty, Tang, who had almost the earliest experience of studying abroad, was particularly popular, and with the quotation of Yuan Shikai, Tang gradually rose to be an important figure in the late Qing Dynasty.

After the Revolution of 1911, with the return of Yuan Shikai, Tang was entrusted with the important task of north-south negotiations. After the successful negotiation, Yuan Shikai succeeded as interim president and became the first cabinet minister of the Republic of China. We know that when Sun Yat-sen was president, he adopted the American presidential system. Without a prime minister, the president directly rules the cabinet. On the eve of the transfer of power, in order to limit Yuan Shikai, the government was temporarily changed to cabinet system. Obviously, a wily person like Yuan Shikai can't get in. As a result, the Prime Minister of the Tang Cabinet is doomed to be ungrateful. Sadly, Tang, who was educated in the United States, did not understand his own destiny at that time, but seriously assumed the responsibility of the responsible cabinet. As a result, it is not only impossible for the cabinet to bear the responsibility, but also ruined the friendship between Yuan and Tang for many years. Tang had to leave without saying goodbye, quietly disappeared and left the political arena. At that time, in the second year of the Revolution of 1911.

In the following years, Tang basically became a political ornament and spectator, watching people build tall buildings and houses collapse, mostly living in seclusion in their hometown. Until 193 1, the five-color flag on the national gate has been replaced by the blue sky and white flag for several years. After years of seclusion, he suddenly moved his thumb and became the county magistrate of his hometown Xiangshan County (later changed to Zhongshan County). The 70-year-old Tang started as a seven-product sesame official, just as he had been a governor, a senior minister and a prime minister. He is ambitious, methodical and never fooled. In less than four years, he went around begging for alms, building roads and hospitals, turning his garden into a city park and opening it to the public, and even ambitious to build a big seaport on the coast of Zhongshan County. Up to now, his anecdote is still circulating in Zhongshan, saying that when he was building a road, he met the land father-in-law on the road. The migrant workers did not dare to move, so they knocked the land father-in-law on the head with crutches and then let the migrant workers start work. After the road was repaired, the manhole cover of the sewer was always stolen, so he ordered the manhole cover to be cast with "Stealing and selling, all 50 yuan will be punished; After using the words "report or 60% reward from the leader", no one stole it.

Before the Tang Dynasty, he became a county magistrate as a prime minister, which did not seem to arouse much response during the Republic of China, but his style of being able to go up and down was praised by later generations. In fact, unlike what we usually think today, Tang doesn't think it is condescending to be a sesame official again as a senior official. In fact, in his later years, Tang was always a squire and county magistrate in his hometown, but it was just a special form for the squire to do things for his hometown. He is just doing things, or doing things more conveniently, not being an official. In those days or earlier, there were actually many such people. Any scholar-bureaucrat who has retired and gone home must always seek some benefits for Sang Zi, otherwise he is not worthy to be a squire. Although Tang drank foreign ink, he didn't get rid of the habit of traditional literati after all. It's that simple.

It is not true that after Japan invaded Shanghai and Nanjing, it instigated Japan to become the head of the puppet regime. Later, he was assassinated by a Kuomintang military spy in his apartment in Shanghai.

So in a word, it is patriotic, not pro-Japanese.
