You can report it, but it doesn't matter if the other company owes you money. The tax authorities won't charge you just because your report is true.

If the other company goes bankrupt, it should pay the tax owed first. If it is unable to pay the arrears after paying taxes, the execution will be terminated and your arrears will be gone.
