Apply for the certificate of organization code in Xiaoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. You can apply before 4 o'clock that day and get it two hours later. The fee is 30 yuan.

Tax registration is at the tax office under the jurisdiction of the registered address (you can check which tax offices are online) without charge.
