The Regulations on Tax Inspection stipulates that tax personnel need two or more inspectors to work together and produce tax inspection certificates and tax inspection notices.

The Notice of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China on Strengthening the Dress Management of the Tax System issued by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that:

(a) the tax authorities at all levels should attach importance to and strengthen the management of tax dress, and bring it into the scope of assessment, strict management.

(two) the tax authorities at all levels should set up a special leading group for dress discipline management. Responsible for implementing the relevant policies and regulations of the State Administration of Taxation and guiding the tax capacity and discipline management of this unit; Organize regular inspections and spot checks on tax compliance and discipline.

(three) tax dress personnel must strictly abide by the dress code, when performing official duties, must wear a unified tax uniform. Clothing should be neat and fit, buckled and hooked, and clothes with bare arms, sleeves and trouser legs should not be worn; Signs should be complete and clear, properly worn and maintain a good image of tax law enforcement.

(4) Tax officials should be unified and standardized. Clothing must be worn in complete sets, wearing special tax ties; Uniforms and casual clothes are not allowed to be mixed, and uniforms in different seasons are not allowed to be mixed; Big hats and winter hats should be consistent with clothes; The color and style of shoes should be coordinated with the collocation of clothes; Wear hard epaulettes for winter clothes, spring and autumn clothes and soft epaulettes for summer clothes. Soft and hard epaulettes should not be mixed, and the cap badge should be worn correctly.

(five) tax officials should consciously safeguard the honor of tax officials in public places. When wearing official clothes, no snacks, smoking or drinking are allowed; Don't pat your shoulders or frolic. In addition to performing official duties, it is strictly forbidden to wear tax uniforms to enter commercial entertainment places such as dance halls and nightclubs.

(six) tax dress personnel should take good care of tax clothing and signs, and are not allowed to change the style of clothing at will, lend it to others, and are not allowed to give it away or sell it.

(seven) in order to dress neatly, each unit can determine a unified season change time according to the temperature changes in the region.
