I. To apply for industrial and commercial change registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the following documents and certificates shall be submitted to the original registration authority (Longgang District Administration for Industry and Commerce):

(1) Application for Change of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the operator;

(2) Original and duplicate of the Business License of individual industrial and commercial households;

(3) Proof of use of the changed business premises (real estate license or house lease contract).

Second, the change of tax certificate.

Within 30 days from the date when the administrative department for industry and commerce handles the change registration, it shall apply to the original tax registration authority (Longgang District State and Local Taxation Bureau) for the change tax registration respectively with relevant documents.

(1) Provide the Change of Tax Registration Form 1 copy.

(2) Taxpayers should provide information.

1, copy of industrial and commercial business license and industrial and commercial change registration form

2. Proof of the use of the site: the provision of the property right certificate of the own house, the rental agreement of the leased house and the copy of the property right certificate of the lessor. If there is no description of the provision of the property right certificate, the certificate of free use (address) will be provided.
