1. Tempered glass

Tempered glass is a kind of glass product obtained by heating glass to a temperature close to the softening temperature of glass (600-650℃), rapidly cooling or tempering by chemical methods. It has good mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance.

After heat treatment in tempering furnace, the structural performance of the original glass has been improved, and its strength has been increased by 3~5 times, and it can withstand external impact with certain energy or temperature difference without breaking. Even if it is broken, the whole glass is broken into small particles similar to the obtuse angle of honeycomb, which is not easy to hurt people and has certain safety.

2. Crystal glass

It is made by casting glass beads in a refractory mold. Glass beads are made of additives such as silicon dioxide as the main raw material, and then sintered and crystallized by flame. It has a smooth appearance and various forms of fine screen or decorative patterns imitating natural stone, and has good strength, chemical stability and atmospheric erosion resistance.

3. Mirror glass

Also known as polished glass, it is glass made of flat glass after polishing, which is divided into single-sided polishing and double-sided polishing. The surface is smooth and shiny. The light transmittance is greater than 84% and the thickness is 4-6mm.

4. Hot bending glass

The original piece of glass is heated by a hot bending furnace and molded in a copying mold, and the two pieces of hot bending glass can be further compounded into hot bending laminated glass.

5. Glass brick

Also known as ultra-thick glass, there are two kinds: hollow and solid. Solid glass bricks are made by mechanical pressing. Hollow glass brick is pressed by box mold, two pieces of glass are heated and welded into a whole, dry air is filled in the middle of hollow brick, annealing is carried out, and the gap is sealed at the side.
