Today, I can't give a lecture. I mainly put some information and experiences accumulated in my usual study. The topic I'm talking about is: Make good use of the "three barriers" and strive to be a model of honesty. 1. Keeping the family clean and honest "harbor" family is the cell of society, which has an important influence on the formation of personal values and outlook on life. The mutual influence and help of family members plays an irreplaceable role in preventing and helping leading cadres. Therefore, the family is not only an important line of defense against corruption and change, but also an important position for prevention and peace, and plays an important role in establishing and improving the punishment and prevention system with equal emphasis on education, system and supervision. (A) indifferent to fame and fortune, advocating a positive and healthy "concept of happiness". Everyone is pursuing the happiness and happiness of the family. So what is the standard of family happiness? It can be said that there are different opinions and different understandings. In my opinion, the most basic conditions for happiness should include these elements: a sense of security and happiness. Feeling insecure and unhappy, even with everything, is in vain. Not long ago, Sina.com conducted a survey on "China people's value orientation", which reflected this trend. Among the most valued values, the top five from high to low are: health, family, wisdom, happiness and love. Power, adventure, etc rank low. This survey reflects the pursuit of Chinese people today, and also reflects people's view of happiness, hoping for a healthy, happy and poetic life. Compared with the eighties and nineties of last century, many people regarded the pursuit of wealth and money as the connotation of happiness, which shows that the correct concept of happiness is gradually being recognized by people. Emphasizing the correct concept of happiness does not mean that the pursuit of wealth and money becomes vulgar. Happiness is inseparable from money, and it needs money to guarantee it. Seeing a doctor needs money, studying needs money, improving life and improving the quality of life all need money, but the acquisition of money and wealth should be "properly taken" and aboveboard. If you try to take advantage of your power, you will definitely make mistakes. The happiness you get from this is temporary, illusory and illusory. In the end, happiness will be destroyed by money and power. Nowadays, our material living conditions have been greatly improved. The annual income of cadres and workers is 40,000 to 50,000 yuan, which is quite impressive for maintaining a family. Family is an important source of happiness. Our leading cadres are not only the "pillars" of the unit, but also the "backbone" of the family. All aspects, inside and out, up and down have attracted much attention. If you can't stand the test and resist the temptation at this juncture, you will lose your organization and your family if you make a slight mistake, resulting in the premature death of your career and the separation of your family, which is really not worth the candle. We can't imagine how a broken family can have happiness. On the other hand, some people feel unhappy, not because they have too little, but because they demand too much. I hope everyone can form a * * * knowledge, keep up with the joneses less, and always be content. If you really care for your family and want to make them happy, you must take responsibility for your family and do your best to avoid family members from breaking the law and discipline. A happy family is better than anything else. (2) Be frugal and self-disciplined and build a "defense line" for family integrity. Family is connected with society, and family style is the party style. The formation of a clean society is closely related to the family style of leading cadres. Honesty and self-discipline, and building a strong family defense line against corruption are not only the duties of leading cadres, but also the responsibilities and obligations of every family member. Family is an indispensable and important gateway to prevent peace. Many sores are slowly expanding from the family "backyard". After some bribers' "red envelopes" and "gifts" were rejected by their husbands, they went on to take the "madam route" and outflanked them and asked their wives to "do it for them". Therefore, it is a killer that affects family stability and happiness, endangering the work and life of every family member. It is shocking that there are not a few cases of family destruction and death caused by greed and corruption. During Chen Tongqing, the former secretary of Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, a large number of officials took bribes. Instead of discouraging them, his wife Wen Ronglan became her full-time family accountant. At most, she received four groups of bribers in one day, and Wen Ronglan went to the bank to save money four times in a row. The greed of "being greedy for internal help" has fueled the expansion of Chen Tongqing's selfish desires. In a few years, the amount of bribes he received has reached 10,000 yuan! The final result was that Chen Tongqing was sentenced to death for accepting bribes, suspended for two years, and deprived of his rights for life, and the originally quiet family was also divided. If the wife had been less greedy and more concerned, not a "push" but a "pull", she could have reminded her husband at a critical time or helped him resist corruption and never touch it, maybe she would not have slipped into the abyss of crime! Therefore, being a good "honest and helpful" is not only responsible for the party organization, but also for your loved ones and my family. It is better to know a husband than a wife. A wife can be the first to notice the changes in her husband's thoughts and behaviors, blow the "pillow-side anti-corruption wind" in time, and be a good secretary of the family discipline inspection commission, so as to build a "family defense line" against corruption and promoting honesty. First, we must enhance the awareness of law and discipline and control the quasi-discretion. As the family members of leading cadres, they should set higher standards for themselves, and usually learn to master some basic knowledge of party discipline and laws, and know what can and cannot be done; Where to go and where not to go; Who can get along and who can't; You must have a sense of self-discipline in your mind about which activities you can participate in and which activities you can't, and always tighten the string of clean government, so that you can grasp the discretion in dealing with things. Second, we should strengthen the sense of supervision and prevent the delay. When a person makes a mistake, there is always an evolutionary process from quantitative change to qualitative change. Generally speaking, family members are the first to know from the generation of unhealthy thoughts to the acceptance of small favors. Therefore, the family is a very important line of defense, and "Du gradually" should start with family members, strengthen supervision and do its duty well. Especially when leading cadres keep up with others, work is not enterprising, and they are greedy for enjoyment, when high-end consumption and economic expenditure are unknown, when families suddenly have unknown huge income, and when they participate in unhealthy entertainment activities, they should ask questions and remind them in time. For the activities of leading cadres "beyond eight hours", we should also have a bottom in mind. For example, we should always have a general understanding of at least which friends we often get along with and how the friends behave. Of course, everyone has their own space for activities, and they can't live without privacy, but they can't let themselves go. Third, we must enhance our awareness of prevention and keep our homes. It is also indecent to come and not to be indecent, and it will be harmed if it is interrupted. (3) A harmonious and stable "rear area". Everything is prosperous at home. As a comrade who works in the society, especially assumes certain leadership positions, the family is the most reliable "rear area". When the rear is stable, you can feel at ease in front; With the strong support from the rear, the front can continue to develop. Mutual understanding, mutual support, mutual concern and mutual encouragement between husband and wife are the important motivation for every comrade to do a good job. Home is the warm harbor of life and the base camp of every comrade's career. At present, the construction of the Yellow River Delta is in a critical period. The nature reserve bears the dual functions of eco-tourism and resource protection and management in the Yellow River Estuary, facing rare development opportunities and severe challenges. The task is heavy and the responsibility is great. Leading comrades may take less care of their families than before. Second, the key posts should be well controlled and a new image of honesty should be established. With the deepening of the work, while punishing, it is proposed to pay more attention to prevention, pay more attention to root causes, pay more attention to system construction, and increase efforts to build a clean government for key links and departments that are prone to problems. From the perspective of the need to build a prevention and punishment system, combined with the current reality, important posts such as financial management, project approval, bidding for construction projects, and eco-tourism construction are the key links that are prone to breeding and problems. As long as we take the overall situation into consideration, be strict with ourselves, always tighten the string of clean government, be honest, be down-to-earth and strive to be a model of integrity, we can accelerate the promotion of eco-tourism and resource protection management in the Yellow River Estuary and realize the second venture of nature reserves. (1) Strengthen self-cultivation. Insist on arming your mind with correct ideas and guiding your actions with advanced theories, especially to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and grasp the direction and development future of life. We should deeply understand the great significance of building a clean and honest party style in the new period, and don't think that anti-corruption is an official's business. If you put the rights of those molecules on you, would you? At the same time, we should recognize individual social phenomena. For example, honesty and trustworthiness, hard work and hard struggle are regarded as "stupidity", while indolence, self-interest at the expense of others and forgetting righteousness at the expense of profit are regarded as "human nature". There are also some party member cadres who turn a blind eye to the phenomenon and think it is "normal", and they are not contemptuous but envious of the wealth and wealth that those who abuse power get; It is not a shame to squander and waste and gain personal gain by improper means, but a skill; I don't hate the criminals who are investigated, but think it is unlucky and so on. Therefore, as cadres and workers, especially those in key positions, they should see the reality clearly, resist temptation and loneliness, and don't have the mentality of comparing with others. This is the basic requirement that there is no problem. (2) Strengthen the awareness of self-discipline. Self-discipline plays a key role in prevention. If there is something wrong with your body and immunity, it is a big problem. Whether a person is honest or corrupt, there is a common feature, which starts from bit by bit. No one is born to be honest or so. To say the difference, simply speaking, it is actually a word difference. Those who are clean and honest discipline themselves with the word "strict" and those who are greedy for their own benefit. Speaking of this, I can't help but think of an essay I read before, entitled "Keep Your Well", which tells that Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, once calculated an account for his subordinates: being an official honestly and keeping his salary is like keeping a "well". Although the well water is dissatisfied, it can be drawn every day and used up. If you are greedy, you are not satisfied with keeping your own "well water", but you must think about the water in the "river" or even the "river" or the "sea". Once something happens, not only the water in the "river" or the "well water" in your own well will be endangered. Looking at all kinds of corrupt officials in ancient and modern times, China and foreign countries, their achilles heel is that they can't keep their own "well" These people are insatiable and greedy, and they are always dissatisfied with their "well water". Therefore, either by taking advantage of one's authority or under the pretext of work, as long as one seizes the opportunity, one will make a fortune from time to time by any means. When their ill-gotten wealth rolls in like rivers, it is often the day when they are destroyed together. At this time, don't say that you can't enjoy the "oil and water", even your shallow "well water" is lost. So, how can we keep our own "well"? First of all, we must be "cautious and independent" and be strict with ourselves. In the case of performing functions, you should control your own heart and don't have wild thoughts; Control your hands, don't take what you shouldn't; Control your legs and don't go where you shouldn't go; Do what should be done according to the regulations, and don't do what shouldn't be done. Secondly, we must be "cautious" and prevent micro-duration. "A levee of a thousand miles is destroyed by an ant's nest". Don't think that it doesn't matter if small things are done. If small things accumulate more, they will become big things. This is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change. Therefore, we must be "cautious", and we can't do anything that violates discipline and law, no matter how small it is, otherwise we will regret it once we make a big mistake. Keep in mind the truth that "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and the embankment of a thousand miles collapses in an ant's nest", as the ancients said, "Don't do it with small kindness, and don't do it with small evil". (3) Correctly treat power. We comrades have some power in our hands, but we must bear in mind that this is the power entrusted to us by the state, representing the unit and performing functions. We must make power work for the people and benefit the people, and we must not use power as a tool to seek personal gain and turn our clients into individuals for personal gain. I feel that you should accept people's thanks for doing things for others. Accepting gifts is not the same as accepting bribes. It is a piece of cake. But the law is ruthless, and the judicial department takes the law as the criterion and convicts on the basis of facts. We must grasp ourselves well, keep in mind the epigram "Don't stretch out your hand, you will be caught if you stretch out your hand", deeply understand the truth that although people have desires, they should avoid greed by all means, and often conduct introspection and self-examination. We should tread on thin ice in a clean and honest government, and never take chances, lose big because of small things, and "one short step makes a long regret", pick up sesame seeds and lose watermelons, and in the end, we will get nothing, and what we get may be a paper verdict. The string of clean government must be stretched tightly. (4) Develop a good habit of honesty. It is not only necessary but also necessary to regard honesty as a normal state and a habit. This requires a firm belief and strong perseverance. Strive to be self-respecting, respect your personality and cherish your reputation; Introspection, give play to the evaluation role of "conscience", and often reflect on and check your words and deeds; Self-police, abide by the rules of honesty and self-discipline, and always warn yourself; Self-motivated, self-motivated and self-motivated. An educator once said: "Good habits are a kind of moral capital that people exist in the nervous system. This kind of capital is constantly growing, so its interest is also inexhaustible for people's life. " Leading cadres and personnel in key positions, if they can form the good habit of diligence and honesty, will benefit endlessly, and it is an invaluable treasure that is difficult to get with money. At the same time, we should strive to create a clean environment and purify our work circle, life circle and social circle. In the working circle composed of leaders and colleagues, we should get rid of the vulgar relationship theory of "eating by relationship", sincerely encourage each other in "affection" and ring the alarm bell frequently in "law"; Purify your life circle from a little bit, "don't do it with small goodness, don't do it with small evils", lead a clean life, learn the law and abide by the law, and consciously be eroded by various decadent ideas; Making friends widely is a necessary condition for doing a good job, and making friends carefully is an inevitable requirement for keeping clean. As the saying goes, "a good friend knows when he is thirsty", which fully shows that "making friends with good people is like entering the room of Zhilan, but not smelling its fragrance for a long time; Make friends with people who are not good, such as entering the premises of abalone, and not smelling its stink for a long time ",and" those who are near Zhu Zhechi, those who are near Mexico are black ". Third, it is inevitable that cadres who lose supervision will inevitably slide into the quagmire by properly supervising the clean government and building the power of supervising the defense line without restraint. Therefore, supervision is the key to prevention. At the same time, supervision itself is also a concern, love and protection for leading cadres, and it is a necessary condition for the healthy growth of cadres. Leading cadres can't leave supervision at all times, and staff in important positions and young cadres can't do without supervision. They should warmly welcome supervision, consciously accept supervision, and take the initiative to carry out supervision. Listening to it is clear, and listening to it is dark. (1) Enhance the awareness of accepting supervision. Supervision and being supervised are the unity of contradictions, and there is no special party member in the Party that can not accept supervision. As staff of important posts and family members of leading cadres, we should, like leading cadres in party member, establish the consciousness of consciously accepting supervision, understand that the process of performing post functions and exercising power is also a process of accepting supervision, gradually form the habit of working and living under supervision, and actively accept supervision from all sides. In fact, some leading cadres have embarked on the road of violating the law and discipline, and supervision is an extremely important reason for their degeneration. At present, due to the lack of self-consciousness of being strict with the law and accepting supervision, some comrades regard supervision as distrust, disrespect, or even a trick. This attitude and psychology is extremely wrong and harmful. The healthy growth of cadres needs self-discipline and heteronomy. If you can't treat supervision correctly, don't find and correct your own problems in time, cover up your scars and avoid medical treatment, you will eventually regret it in front of discipline and law. (3) Strive to create a good supervision environment. To create an atmosphere of reasonable and active supervision, we should not lose our way in the face of praise, but should go deep into the workers who dare to supervise themselves sincerely and criticize themselves bluntly, encourage them to express different opinions, put forward different opinions, take the initiative to treat their opinions and suggestions sincerely, remind them, criticize them, stop them, fully mobilize and protect their enthusiasm for supervision, and create a kind of good supervision.
