Senior technical titles refer to the series of professional technical titles of engineering projects reviewed by departments, industries or central enterprises and provincial professional technical title evaluation institutions authorized by the competent personnel department of the State Council. Senior professional title is the highest level of professional title, which is divided into two categories: positive senior and deputy senior. The title originally originated from the title. Theoretically speaking, professional title refers to the professional technical level, ability and achievement of professional and technical personnel, which reflects the technical level and working ability of professional and technical personnel.

The evaluation conditions for senior technical titles are:

Have a bachelor's degree or above, have obtained deputy senior titles and have been engaged in deputy senior technical positions for more than five years;

Persons who meet the requirements for declaring positive and senior professional titles in the corresponding series of professional title evaluation conditions.

Technical titles are easily confused with professional qualifications. Professional title refers to the professional technical level, ability and achievements of professional and technical personnel.

Take the construction industry as an example:

Primary, intermediate, subtropical high and positive high.

Assistant engineer, engineer, senior engineer and professor-level senior engineer;

Assistant architect, architect, senior architect, professor-level senior architect, etc. ;

Architect is a proprietary title, not the abbreviation of "architectural engineer", and there is no title of "architectural engineer".
